Title:Optimiranje postopkov kemijske priprave vode in kondicioniranje tehnološke vode v Termoelektrarni Trbovlje

Abstract:Termolektarna Trbovlje za potrebe kemijske priprave tehnološke vode uporablja vodo iz reke Save, ki za razliko od podtalnice ni konstantne sestave. Tehnološka voda v procesu voda - para mora ustrezati strogim kakovostnim kriterijem po veljavni tehnični zakonodaji v Republiki Sloveniji. Kemijska priprava voda sestoji iz postrojenj za dekarbonatizacijo, ki ga tvorita kemijski reaktor in peščeni filter, demineralizacije, ki ga sestavljajo ionski izmenjevalci (adsorbcijski, kationski, anionski in mešani) ter oddelka za kondicioniranje tehnološke vode. Velika poraba kemikalij (solna kislina, natrijev hidroksid in hidrazin) pri pripravi in kondicioniranju vode in njeno optimiranje je ključnega pomena za racionalizacijo stroškov obratovanja kemijske priprave vode. Diplomsko delo prikazuje študijo zmanjševanja porabe kemikalij pri regeneracijah ionskih izmenjevalcev ter posledično nevtralizaciji odpadnih voda pred izpustom ter kvalitetno kondicioniranje tehnološke vode z manjšim pribitkom kemikalij. Cilj zmanjševanja porabe kemikalij pa ne sme ogrožati kakovostnih parametrov tehnološke vode ali nastanka korozivnih procesov na kotlu, turbini in pomožnih napravah. Rezultati študije kažejo, da se je poraba kemikalij za regeneracijo ionskih izmenjevalcev zmanjšala za dobro tretjino, kar pa ni imelo vpliva na obratovalne cikluse ionskih izmenjevalcev. Prav tako se ob zmanjšanem doziranju konzervacijskih in kondicijskih sredstev hidrazina in amoniaka ni ugotovila poslabšana kakovost tehnološke vode v sistemu voda - para. Zaradi zmanjšane porabe kemikalij so dokazani tudi finančni prihranki, kateri pa ne vplivajo na tehnično stanje naprav.

Title:Chemical water treatment process optimization and process water conditioning in Power plant Trbovlje
Abstract:Power plant Trbovlje uses the water from the river Sava for its demands of chemical process water preparations. The water from the river Sava is different from the groundwater, because it has no constant structure. Process water in the water – steam process must meet the strict criteria, set by the valid technical legislation in Slovenia. Chemical preparation of water consists of decarbonisation, which is formed of a chemical reactor and a sand filter, demineralization, which consists of ion exchangers (absorbent, cationic, anionic and mixed) and from the department of the conditioning of the process water. Using a lot of chemicals (hydrochloric acid, sodium hydroxide and hydrazine) at the preparation, conditioning and optimization of the water is crucial for the operation of chemical water preparation cost rationalization. The thesis shows the study of reduction of chemicals usage at regeneration of the ionic exchangers and consequently neutralization of waste waters before the release as well as quality conditioning of the process water with a lower level of chemicals. The goal of reducing the usage of chemicals however must not compromise the quality parameters of the process water or the formation of the corrosive processes on the boiler, the turbine or on the ancillary equipment. The results show that the amount of chemicals used for the regeneration of the ionic exchangers has reduced by a third and hasn’t affected the operation cycles of the ionic exchangers. The quality of the process water in the water – steam system was not impaired despite the reduced dosing of the conservational and conditional resources and ammonia. Financial savings due to the reduced amount of used chemicals that don´t affect the technical state of the devices were also proven.
