Title:Vpliv hrupa na proizvodni in izobraževalni proces

Abstract:Hrup kot nezaželena oblika zvoka postaja vedno večji onesnaževalec našega okolja. To delo obravnava vpliv hrupa v dveh različnih okoljih: v proizvodnji (podjetje Alba d. o. o.) in v pedagoški dejavnosti (Srednja šola Ravne). V obeh okoljih so bile izvedene meritve hrupa in njihova frekvenčna analiza. Meritve so pokazale, da raven hrupa nikjer ne presega zakonsko določenih vrednosti, razen v delavnicah, kjer je bilo prisotno brušenje, udarjanje s kladivom, rezkanje, delo s stroji in v mizarski delavnici. V teh okoljih je zato nujno delavcem zagotoviti ustrezno osebno varovalno zaščito. Frekvenčna analiza hrupa je opozorila na zelo škodljiv nizkofrekvenčni hrup ali infrazvok, ki so ga meritve zaznale v industriji, v razredu pa ne. Zaposleni so izpolnili tudi anketni vprašalnik, na osnovi katerega je bilo postavljenih 6 hipotez. S statistično analizo anketnih odgovorov so bile potrjene naslednje hipoteze: a) v največji meri vpliva hrup na učitelje tako, da občutijo nervozo; b) več proizvodnih delavcev kot učiteljev pozna sodelavce, ki slabo slišijo; c) bolj pogosto se hrup pojavlja med proizvodnimi delavci kot učitelji; d) obstajajo statistično značilne razlike v zdravstvenih težavah med učitelji, ki delajo v okolju, kjer se vsakodnevno pojavlja hrup in učitelji, ki delajo v okolju kjer se občasno pojavlja hrup. Ovrženi sta bili dve hipotezi: a) več kot 50% delavcev je mnenja, da ima težave s sluhom, ter b) učitelji so po prihodu iz službe raje v tišini kot proizvodni delavci. Rezultati izvedene raziskave potrjujejo, da hrup vzbuja nemir, deluje stresno, vpliva na človekovo zdravje in njegovo počutje in ker je vsak dan na milijone delavcev v Evropi izpostavljenih hrupu pri delu in tveganjem, ki jih ta lahko povzroči, bi tej problematiki morali v prihodnje posvetiti več pozornosti in raziskav.

Title:The impact of noise to production and education process
Abstract:Noise as undesired form of sound has become one of the major polluter of our environment. The master thesis deals with noise effect in the production (Alba d. o. o.) and in educational process (Srednja šola Ravne). In both environments the measurements were carried out and their frequency analyses. The performed measurements have shown that the noise level does not exceed the noise levels regulated by the law, except in workshops where grinding, hammering, milling and machine operating were carried out. In such environments workers must have their personal sound protection. The frequency analysis of noise has pointed out the very harmful low frequent sound or infra sound detected in the industry but not in the classroom. The survey was carried out in both environments on basis of which six hypothesis were stated and the following four were confirmed: a) noise makes teachers nervous; b) more production workers than teachers know someone with hearing problems; c) noise is more frequent among production workers than teachers; d) there are statistically shown differences in health problems among teachers working in places with constant noise and those where noise just occasionally occur. The two hypothesis were disproved: a) more than 50% of workers claim to have hearing problems and b) teachers are rather in silence at home than production workers The results of the performed research confirm that noise creates disturbance, stress, influences a human health and mood. Millions of workers worldwide are exposed to noise daily at their working places and the risks associated with it, what brings us to conclusion that we have to do a lot of research in order to improve their working conditions.
