Title:Storitev za nadzor in obveščanje o napakah informacijskega sistema

Abstract:V diplomskem delu sta predstavljeni analiza in rešitev potrebe po samodejnem zaznavanju in obveščanju o napakah pri delovanju informacijskega sistema za elektronsko bančništvo v banki. Ker se informacijski sistem stalno razvija ter nadgrajuje, obenem pa je za svoje delovanje soodvisen od drugih podpornih servisov in storitev, se pogosto pojavljajo različne napake. Nastanejo lahko kot posledica napak v programu ali zaradi nedelovanja katerega od soodvisnih elementov. Napake navadno odkrijejo uporabniki, ker pa jih sporočijo le posamezniki, lahko čas od nastanka do začetka reševanja težave traja dlje časa. Predstavljena rešitev samodejno zazna napake, ki se pojavljajo med delovanjem informacijskega sistema in obvesti pristojne osebe na različne načine. Pristojni lahko opazujejo delovanje preko spletne aplikacije, lahko so obveščeni preko elektronske pošte ali celo tudi preko kratkega sporočila, katerega prejmejo na telefonski aparat. Pri diplomskem delu sem uporabil opisno oziroma deskriptivno metodo s študijo tuje literature, spletnih strani ter uporabo svojih dolgoletnih izkušenj, ki sem jih pridobil s svojem dolgoletnim sodelovanjem pri razvoju različnih programskih rešitev za večja podjetja. Izdelal sem programsko rešitev, ki temelji na sodobnih tehnologijah, ki so danes že uveljavljene v drugih informacijskih sistemih po celotnem svetu. Rešitev omogoča, da so skrbniki sistema nemudoma obveščeni o težavi ter o njenem izvoru. Izdelana rešitev bistveno skrajša čas reševanja in odkrivanja napak, ki nastanejo v informacijskem sistemu, saj skrbnikom sistema prihrani ogromno časa pri pridobivanju informacij o izvoru same napake, kakor tudi pri iskanju razloga za nastanek. Obenem pa se prihranijo tudi stroški dela, ki za samo podjetje nimajo dodane vrednosti. Predstavljena rešitev se lahko enostavno vključi v obstoječ informacijski sistem ter z manjšo prilagoditvijo končni stranki ponudi kot dodatno orodje za vzdrževanje informacijskega sistema.

Title:Service for monitoring and notification of errors in information system
Abstract:This thesis presents an analysis of the needs and solutions for the automatic detection and notification of errors in the information system for electronic banking at the bank. Since the information system is constantly evolving and upgrading and is taking for its operation interdependent of other support services and functionalities errors occur frequently. Errors are different. They occur as a result of errors in the program, or for any failure of interdependent elements. Because this errors are usually detected by users and they report them only on some occasions. Therefore time from the occurrence of error and to solving problem takes a long time. This solution automatically detects errors which occurs during the operation of and information system and informs the responsible persons in various ways. Responsible person can observe the operation through a web application they can be informed via e-mail or even the short message, which they receive on the telephone. In the thesis I used descriptive method with studying foreign literature, web sites and by using my many years of experience that I have gained over the years participating in the development of various software solutions for larger companies. I developed a software solution based on modern technologies, which are now well established in other information systems throughout the world. Solutions enables system administrators to be immediately informed about the problem and about its origin. Developed solution significantly reduces the time to solve and detection of errors, which occur in the information system, because system administrators saves time in obtaining information about the origin of the error itself, as well in searching for the very reason of the occurrence. In doing so, our company will save on the time needed to analyze errors and also saved on the costs used for work which for company itself have no added value. Presented solution can be easily integrated into the existing information system and with a small adaptation offered to the customer as an additional tool for the maintenance of the information system.
