Abstract:V diplomski nalogi z naslovom Razvoj novega izdelka Glavnik s sprejem obravnavamo razvoj novega izdelka od ideje do uvedbe izdelka na trg. Diplomska naloga je sestavljena iz teoretičnega in praktičnega dela. Da bi izdelek uspešno razvili in ga pravilno ter pravočasno umestili na trg smo v teoretičnem in praktičnem delu naloge sledili osemstopenjskemu procesu razvijanja izdelka: • zbiranje idej za nov izdelek, • ocenjevanje idej, • preučevanje tržnih možnosti izdelka, • tehnološko razvijanje novega izdelka, • tržno razvijanje novega izdelka, • tržno testiranje novega izdelka, • uvajanje novega izdelka na trg, • komercializacija. Za lažje razumevanje praktičnega dela smo se dobro osredotočili na proces razvoja izdelka in procesne definicije avtorjev: ugotovitve, predlogi, slikovne ponazoritve. Na osnovi teoretičnih spoznanj smo znanje prenesli na praktičen primer razvoja novega izdelka ter ob vsaki stopnji razmislili o tem ali je novi izdelek primeren za trg.

Title:THE DEVELOPMENT OF A NEW PRODUCT "COMBOS WITH A SPRAY"
Abstract:In diploma thesis entitled the Development of a new product Combos with a spray, we discuss the development of a new product from idea to introduction of the product on the market. A diploma thesis consists of a theoretical part and a practical part. In order to successfully develop a product and properly and timely placed it on the market, we followed the eight levels of the process of developing a product in the theoretical and practical part of the task: • collecting ideas for the new product, • the evaluation of ideas, • study of the marketing possibilities of the product, • the technological development of a new product, • market developing of a new product, • market testing of a new product, • the introduction of a new product on the market, • commercialization. For easier understanding of the practical work, we focused on the product development process and process definitions from the authors: the findings, suggestions and image illustrations. On the basis of the theoretical insights, we have transferred the knowledge to a practical example of the development of a new product and we consider at each stage, whether the new product is suitable for the market.
