Title:UČINKI MEDIJSKE DIGITALIZACIJE NA KOMUNIKACIJO MEDIJEV Z OBČINSTVOM

Abstract:Magistrsko delo ugotavlja, da se je komunikacija medijev z občinstvom v času digitalizacije spremenila. Ugotovljeno je bilo, da vsebine digitalnih medijev, zaradi sistemske ureditve sveta (kapitalistična ideologija), izgubljajo na verodostojnosti. Posledično se je spremenila realnost, ki jo živimo – množični mediji kot refleksija realnosti. Magistrsko delo ugotavlja, da je sprememba medijev narekovala spremenilo občinstva in obratno. Medijsko občinstvo v trenutnem času je polarizirano. Tisti, ki imajo dostop in znanje za uporabo novih medijev in oni, ki tega znanja in dostopa nimajo. Študenti medijskih komunikacij predstavljajo bodoče strokovnjake na področju medijev. Magistrska naloga je preverjala njihovo kompetenco glede na smer izobraževanja in glede na trenutno stanje v medijskem prostoru. Magistrska naloga ugotavlja, da je kompetenca bodočih strokovnjakov na zadovoljivem nivoju z mankom na področju spremljanja in poznavanja tradicionalnih, predvsem tiskanih medijev.

Title:THE EFFECTS OF MEDIA DIGITALIZATION ON MEDIA COMMUNICATION WITH THE AUDIENCE
Abstract:Master's thesis concludes that the media communication with the audience, in the age of digitization, changed. It was found that the content of digital media, because of a systemic organization of the world (capitalist ideology), are losing credibility. As a result, it has changed the reality we live in - the mass media as a reflection of reality. Master's thesis concludes that the changes in the media dictates changes in the audience and vice versa. Media audience in the current time is polarized. Those who have access and knowledge of how to use new media and those who don't have that kind of knowledge or access. Students of media communications represent the future experts in the field of media. Master's thesis has verified their competency, depending on the direction of education, and given the current situation in the media space. Master's thesis concludes that the competence of future professionals is at a satisfactory level with shortfalls in the area of monitoring and knowing the traditional media, particularly the print media.
