Abstract:
V diplomskem delu analiziramo organizacijsko strukturo družinskega podjetja Ekoenergetika-dimnikarstvo d.o.o.. Podjetje se ukvarja z dimnikarsko dejavnostjo. Na podlagi analize smo skušali ugotoviti prednosti in slabosti dosedanje organiziranosti ter predlagati dopolnjeno organizacijsko strukturo, ki bi pozitivno vplivala na delovanje podjetja. V diplomski nalogi so prikazane teoretične razlage organizacije in organizacijske strukture. Prvi del naloge opisuje organizacijo, organiziranost ter organizacijske strukture. Osrednji del naloge zajema opis podjetja in njegovo sedanjo organiziranost in dejavnost. V skladu s cilji smo analizirali obstoječo organizacijsko strukturo ter opredelili vplivne spremenljivke na organizacijsko strukturo. S pomočjo anketnega vprašalnika smo ugotavljali zadovoljstvo zaposlenih z obstoječo organizacijsko strukturo. Ugotovili smo, da so zaposleni v veliki meri zadovoljni z obstoječo organizacijsko strukturo. V zadnjem delu naloge smo predlagali spremembe v organizacijski strukturi. Z našimi predlogi smo želeli povečati učinkovitost podjetja.

COMPLEMENT OF THE ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE OF THE COMPANY EKOENERGETIKA-DIMNIKARSTVO D.O.O.
Abstract:
This thesis analysed the organisational structure of the family business Ekoenergetika-dimnikarstvo d.o.o. The company is engaged in the chimney sweep services. Based on an analysis we tried to find advantages and disadvantages of the previous organisation and suggest the complete organisational structure, which would have a positive effect on the company's performance. The thesis presents theoretical explanations of the organisation and the organisational structures. The first part of the work deals with organisation and organisational structures in general. The central part contains description of the company and its current organisation and activity. In accordance with our objectives, we analysed the current organisational structure and defined influential variables which affect organisational structure. We used survey questionnaire to enquire about the satisfaction of employees with the current organisational structure and have observed that the majority of employees are satisfied with it. The last part of the thesis contains suggestions of possible changes in the organisational structure, which were meant to increase the efficiency of the company.
