Abstract:Odnosi s strankami so bistvenega pomena za uspešno delovanje podjetja. Odnosi slonijo na komuniciranju vseh vrst. Med te štejemo osebno komuniciranje, ki se odvija na sedežu družbe med uradnimi urami. Velik pomen imajo tudi dogovorjeni osebni obiski referentov, ki so zadolženi za večje soseske in njihov razgovor s stanovalci teh sosesk. Marsikateri problem tako lahko odpravijo zelo hitro oziroma se konkretno dogovorijo za postopek in način odprave problema.Stranke lahko svoja vprašanja, pripombe in nezadovoljstvo izrazijo tudi preko Portala družbe, preko e-pošte, s telefonskim pogovorom oziroma s pisemsko pošto.

Title:COMMUNICATION PROBLEMS WITH CLIENTS
Abstract:Customer relations are essential for the successful work of the company. Relationships are based on communication of all kinds. Personal communication is one of those, which usualy takes place at the company's headquarters during office hours. Personal visits by clerks or administrators who are responsible for the major neighborhoods and for interviews with the residents of these neighborhoods. Many problems can be eliminated quickly in that way or the agreement on the procedure and the way to eliminate of the problem could be made.Customers are able to express their questions, comments and dissatisfaction also through the Portal of the company, via e-mail, by telephone conversation or by posting a mail.
