Abstract:Zaradi hitrega spreminjanja okolja v bančnem sektorju je prehod komitentov z ene banke na drugo postal vsakdanji pojav. V preteklosti je bila zvestoba komitentov eni bančni instituciji pravilo in ne izjema. S strmenjem k popolnemu marketinškemu modelu, smo v teoretičnem delu diplomskega dela preučili notranje ter zunanje okolje bančne inštitucije, prepoznali prednosti ter slabosti obstoječega poslovnega modela in preučili marketing storitev bančnega sektorja. V empiričnem delu smo s pomočjo ankete, ki smo jo izvedli po celotni Sloveniji v poslovnih enotah Delavske hranilnice d.d. Ljubljana,raziskali potrebe, zadovoljstvo in tržno vedenje uporabnikov storitev Delavske hranilnice d. d. Ljubljana.

Title:MARKETING OF BANKING SERVICES
Abstract:Due to the fast changing environment in the banking sector, the transition of customers from one bank to another has become commonplace. In the past, the loyalty of customers one banking institution is a rule and not the exception. By striving for full marketing model we have in the theoretical part of the thesis examined the internal and external environment of the banking sector, identify strengths and weaknesses in the existing business model and consider marketing services in the banking sector. In the empirical part was a survey, which was conducted throughout Slovenia in the business units of the Delavskahranilnica d.d. Ljubljana where we studied the needs, satisfaction and market behavior of service users ofDelavskahranilnica d. d. Ljubljana.
