Title:IZKORIŠČANJE NIZKOTEMPERATURNIH VIROV ENERGIJE PLINSKIH KOGENERACIJSKIH MOTORJEV

Abstract:Magistrsko delo predstavlja izvirno in inovativno tehnično rešitev izkoriščanja nizkotemperaturnih virov energije kogeneracijskih plinskih batnih motorjev vgrajenih v sistem daljinskega ogrevanja. Rešitev je primerna za sisteme, kjer se za proizvodnjo toplote uporabljajo batni motorji na pogon s plinastim gorivom za sočasno proizvodnjo toplote in električne energije. Kogeneracijska naprava s plinskim batnim motorjem omogoča istočasno proizvodnjo toplote in elektrike v eni enoti. Pri tem naprava pretvori kemijsko vezano energijo goriva v mehansko z batnim motorjem z notranjim zgorevanjem, ki preko reduktorja poganja generator, ki proizvaja električno energijo. Pri kogeneracijskem procesu nastaja visokotemperaturna toplota, katera se uporabi za visokotemperaturno ogrevanje in nizkotemperaturna odpadna toplota, ki se preko hladilnega sistema in izpušnega sistema odvaja v okolje. Pri delovanju kogeneracijskega postroja nastala nizkotemperaturna toplota se lahko dodatno izrabi z uporabo visokotemperaturne toplotne črpalke in po potrebi dvigne tudi na 85C, kar omogoča visokotemperaturni režim ogrevanja poslovnih objektov, daljinskega ogrevanja ali v industrijskih procesih. Za prikaz učinkovitosti izrabe nizkotemperaturnih virov kogeneracijskega postroja bo izveden tudi ekonomski izračun, s katerim se dokazuje učinkovitost in smiselnost vključevanja visokotemperaturne toplotne črpalke v nove, ali obstoječe sisteme sočasne proizvodnje toplote in električne energije z batnimi plinskimi motorji.

Title:EXPLOITATION OF LOW-TEMPERATURE ERNERGY SOURCES FROM COGENERATION GAS ENGINES
Abstract:This master thesis presents an original and innovative technical solution of exploiting low-temperature energy sources from cogeneration gas reciprocating engines installed into the district heating system. The solution is suitable for the systems in which the heat is generated with the use of reciprocating engines powered by gaseous fuel for combined heat and power production. Cogeneration plant with gas reciprocating engine enables simultaneous production of heat and electricity in one single unit. In doing so, the device converts the chemical energy of fuel into mechanical with gas reciprocating engine, which via gearbox drives a generator that produces electricity. The cogeneration process produces heat, which is used for high-temperature heating and low-temperature waste heat, which is via the cooling system and the exhaust system discharged into the environment. In the operation of the cogeneration system created low-temperature heat can be further exploited with the use of high-temperature heat pump and if necessary raised up to 85C, which enables its use in high-temperature heating regime of buildings, district heating or industrial processes. To demonstrate the efficiency of the utilization of low-temperature heat sources in the cogeneration system, an economic calculation is included, which proves the effectiveness and rationality of the integration of the high-temperature heat-pump into new or existing systems for combined heat and power production with reciprocating gas engines.
