Title:UPORABA METODE AHP ZA PRIMERJAVO VARNOSTNIH TVEGANJ NA DELOVNIH MESTIH

Abstract:Diplomsko delo obravnava uporabo večkriterijske metode AHP za primerjavo varnostnih tveganj na delovnem mestu. Opravljena je bila analiza stanja, s katero smo preverili, ali je bila metoda AHP v preteklosti že uporabljena na področju primerjave varnostnih tveganj. Izdelan je bil odločitveni model, ki ga predstavlja hierarhija kriterijev v dveh nivojih, s ciljem določitve najnevarnejšega delovnega mesta. S primerjavo varnostnih tveganj kot kriterijev in delovnih mest kot alternativ po parih, smo dobili matrike primerjav. Na kratko je opisan program Scilab, ki je bil uporabljen za izračun normaliziranega lastnega vektorja. Za vse matrike primerjav je bila s pomočjo programa Scilab opravljena kontrola konsistentnosti primerjav. Izračun koristnosti posamezne alternative pokaže, da je najnevarnejše delovno mesto ključavničar. Metoda AHP se pokaže kot možen pripomoček strokovnjakov na področju varnosti in zdravja pri delu, pri čemer morajo uporabniki odločitvenega modela dobro poznati varnostna tveganja in delovna mesta. Ugotovljeno je, da bi bilo odločitveni model smiselno nadgraditi s sistemom za podporo odločanju, s čimer bi naredili uporabo modela prijaznejšo uporabniku.

Title:USAGE OF AHP METHOD FOR RISK ASSESSMENT COMPARISON ON THE WORKPLACES
Abstract:This Diploma thesis deals with the use of the multi-criteria method AHP to compare the safety risks at the workplace. An analysis of the situation was carried out, by which we determined whether the AHP method had previously been used for comparison of security risks. A decision model was made, represented by the hierarchy of criteria in two levels in order to identify the most dangerous workplace. By comparing the criteria of safety risks and workplace as alternatives in pairs, we got a matrix of comparisons. The thesis also briefly describes the Scilab programme (software), which was used to calculate the normalized eigenvector. By using the Scilab, a control of comparisons consistency was carried out for all matrices of comparisons. The calculation of usefulness of each considered alternative shows that the most dangerous workplace is a metalworker. AHP method appears to be a potential tool of experts in the field of occupational safety and health, whereby the users of decision model must be familiar with safety risks and workplace. It is established it would be sensible to upgrade the decision model with a system for support to decision making in order to make the model more user-friendly.
