Abstract:Diplomsko delo je razdeljeno na teoretični in raziskovalni del. V teoretičnem delu diplomske naloge smo opredelili redne letne razgovore, njihov namen in koristi, predstavili vlogo vodje in zaposlenega pri rednem letnem razgovoru, pogoje za učinkovito izvedbo, pripravo, vsebino pogovora in potek, poročilo o opravljenem razgovoru, opisali aktivnosti neposredno po razgovoru in vpogledali v obdobje do naslednjega letnega razgovora. Predstavljen je Zavod za prestajanje kazni zapora Ljubljana, njegova organizacijska struktura ter potek izvedbe letnega razgovora. V raziskovalnem delu diplomske naloge smo s pomočjo anketnega vprašalnika pridobili mnenja in stališča zaposlenih o trenutnem stanju izvajanja rednih letnih razgovorov. Na podlagi zbranih podatkov smo podali ugotovitve in predloge za izboljšave.

Title:REGULAR ANNUAL INTERVIEWS IN LJUBLJANA PRISON
Abstract:The graduation thesis is divided into theoretical and research part. In the theoretical part, we have defined regular annual interviews, their intention and advantages, presented a role of a manager and employee in the regular annual interview, conditions for interview’s efficient realisation, its preparation, interview’s content and its course, described a report on a finished interview right after the interview, and took a look into the period until the next interview. I have presented the Ljubljana Prison facility, its organizational structure and the realisation of annual interviews. In the research part of the thesis, we have conducted a survey where we obtained employees’ opinions about the current conditions of performance of regular annual interviews. Based on the collected data, we have presented the findings and proposals for improvements.
