Title:Kriteriji za določitev optimalne razporeditve delovnih sredstev na primeru proizvodnega obrata Mizarstvo Jezeršek d.o.o.

Abstract:V diplomskem delu smo obravnavali kriterije za določitev optimalne razporeditve delovnih sredstev na primeru proizvodnega obrata Mizarstvo Jezeršek d.o.o., ki je proizvajalec lesenih stopnic. Pri analizi obstoječega stanja smo ugotovili, da so delovna sredstva v proizvodnih prostorih razporejena neoptimalno. Ugotovili smo tudi, da ima podjetje že pri obstoječem obsegu bistveno premajhne prostore, da bi delovna sredstva sploh lahko ustrezno razporedili. Delovnih sredstev v obstoječih prostorih ne moremo razporediti tako, da bi imela dovolj vzdrževalne ter strežne površine in bi bile transportne poti ustrezne. Prav tako vlada pomanjkanje odlagalnih mest, kamor bi se odlagali obdelovanci med posameznimi fazami obdelave. Zaradi tega prihaja v postopku izdelave do velikih časovnih izgub in zmede zaradi gneče v proizvodnji. Rešitev problema vidimo v novogradnji proizvodne hale, katero sicer podjetje že načrtuje. Gre za zelo veliko investicijo, a glede na pozitivne napovedi pričakovanega povpraševanja druge možnosti podjetje nima. Z novo halo smo uredili problem prenatrpanosti, delovna sredstva smo razvrstili tako, da imajo vsa dovolj vzdrževalne ter strežne površine, uredili smo tudi primerne transportne poti. Sredstva smo razporejali s pomočjo trikotne metode, ki nam je služila kot izhodišče za razporejanje realnih delovnih mest ter s pomočjo računalniškega programa VIP-PLANOPT.

Title:Criteria to appoint optimal work force organization at Jezeršek Mizarstvo d.o.o production facility
Abstract:In my thesis we considered criteria to set the optimum arrangement of working assets in case of production facility in MIzarstvo Jezeršek d.o.o., who is a producer of wooden stairs. At analysis of current status we concluded that working assets are arranged in non-optimal way. Another conclusion is that the company does not have enough room at current business volume and it is impossible to arrange working assets at current room situation. In the current room situation working assets especially can’t be arranged in a way that there would be surficial maintenance and serving area and also not enough room to set suitable transport routes. There is also a lack of storage space, where the workpieces could be stored between different working phases. Because of these facts at manufacturing process everything leads to big time losses and confusions due to overcrowded production. As a solution to the problem we see the option to set up a new production facility which was already planned by the company. This is a case of a very high investment, but given the positive forecasts at expected inquiry there is no other option for the company. With new production facility we handled the issue of overcrowded production, working assets were arranged in a way that each one has sufficient maintenance and serving area, also we appropriate transport routes were arranged. Assets were arranged with a help of triangular method, which served us as a start point to set up realistic workplaces. To achieve this, we also used a computer software VIP-PLANOPT.
