Title:Izboljševanje razpoložljivosti energetskega sistema

Abstract:V nalogi smo obravnavali energetski sistem hladnih sob in ga z namenom izboljševanja energetske učinkovitosti analizirali z vidika zanesljivosti in razpoložljivosti. Na podlagi teoretičnih temeljev in podatkov o zastojih naprav, zbranih iz obratovanja, smo z uporabo induktivne metode z upoštevanjem popravil na osnovi markovskih modelov ocenili izbrane karakteristike zanesljivosti in razpoložljivosti obstoječega sistema. Z namenom izboljševanja teh karakteristik smo podali konkretne predloge za predelavo strojnih inštalacij in nadgradnjo sistema obstoječe regulacije naprav z implementacijo informacijske rešitve v obliki daljinskega nadzorno-krmilnega sistema SCADA. Na podlagi ponovljene analize smo ocenili izboljšanje povprečnega časa do odpovedi in razpoložljivosti prenovljenega sistema. Na kratko smo opredelili še pogoje za uvedbo predelave, potencialne možnosti nadaljnjega razvoja in razširitve predstavljene metodologije na ostale (ne)energetske sisteme.

Title:Improving availability of energy system
Abstract:The thesis describes the energy system of cold rooms. The system was analyzed from the point of view of reliability and availability, aiming to improve the energy efficiency. Based on the theory and data field on device failures, reliability and availability characteristics of the existing system were estemated using the inductive method based on the Markovian models. In order to improve those characteristics, actual suggestions for reconstruction of the existing hardware installation were proposed, as well as an upgrade of the existing regulating system of the devices by implementation of the information solution in a form of the remote control system SCADA. Based on the repeated analysis, we evaluated that the availability and the MTTF (Mean Time to Failure) of the energy system have improved. Requirements for system upgrade, potential possibilities for further improvements, and expansion of the methodology for analyzing the reliability and availability at other (non)energy systems are presented.
