Title:Spletno bančništvo s primerjalno analizo spletnih bančnih storitev

Abstract:Tehnološke spremembe so z razvojem interneta v svetu povzročile velike spremembe. Te spremembe so vplivale na področje elektronskega poslovanja in s tem tudi na področje elektronskega bančništva. Elektronsko bančništvo uspešno izpodriva klasični način poslovanja. Glavna prednost je, da so se z uporabo interneta zabrisale časovne in lokacijske meje. Danes praktično vse banke ponujajo storitve spletnega bančništva. S tem želijo pridobiti nove komitente in obdržati že obstoječe. Spletno bančništvo tako postaja najpogostejša oblika komunikacije z banko, saj so storitve na voljo štiriindvajset ur na dan, vse dni v letu. Komitenti tako od bank zahtevajo vedno nove, učinkovite in kvalitetne storitve. Število storitev in uporabnikov narašča, kljub temu pa nekateri še vedno ne zaupajo novim tehnologijam oziroma nimajo potrebnega znanja. V diplomskem delu smo najprej predstavili pojma elektronsko poslovanje in elektronsko bančništvo. Opisali smo zgodovino in razvoj, predstavili prednosti in slabosti ter našteli sodobne elektronske prodajne poti. Nadaljevali smo s spletnim bančništvom. Opisali smo razvoj spletnega bančništva, storitve ter njihove prednosti in slabosti. Sledilo je poglavje o varnosti spletnega poslovanja. Nenehna dostopnost storitev spletnega bančništva prinaša tudi nevarnosti v obliki spletnega kriminala. Bančni sistemi uporabljajo najsodobnejše varnostne elemente, uporabniki spletnega bančništva pa morajo za varnost poskrbeti tudi sami. V zadnjem delu smo najprej opisali spletna mesta, njihove elemente ter značilnosti. Predstavili smo spletne strani dveh izbranih bank, jih opisali glede na oblikovno podobo, vsebino, uporabnost in primerjali spletne storitve. Ugotovili smo, da banke ponujajo podobne, vendar kvalitetne storitve spletnega bančništva.

Title:Online banking and comparative analysis of online banking srevices
Abstract:Technological changes and evolution of internet have caused many changes in the world nowadays. They have influence on electronic commerce and electronic banking. Internet has helped in overcoming geographical and time limitations.Practically all of banks offer online banking services. They want to attract potential customers and please the old ones. Online bankin is one of the most common ways to communicate with banks. Customers have access to services 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Customers have increasing needs and expectations about banking services. They demand quality and effectiveness. The number of services and customers is increasing. Some of them still do not trust the new technology or do not have enough knowledge. In this graduate seminar we presented terms electronic commerce and electronic banking. We described history and evolution of electronic banking and presented services of electronic banking. Then we focused on internet banking, online services and its advantages and disadvantages. The chapter about security of online banking was next. Banks nowadays use modern security systems, but also caution of customers is needed. The last part of seminar is about web sites. We analyzed bank's websites and described their design, content, usability and services. Efficient, quality and secure services are offered.
