Title:PLANIRANJE KADROV V OSNOVNI ŠOLI PODBOČJE

Abstract:V diplomski nalogi smo predstavili proces planiranja in razvoj kadrov ter absentizem in fluktuacijo v Osnovni šoli Podbočje. Diplomsko delo smo razdelili na dva dela, in sicer na teoretični in empirični del. V teoretičnem delu smo definirali kadrovsko politiko in njena načela. Podrobno smo preučili tudi planiranje kadrov, kjer smo spoznali proces planiranja kadrov, pogoje, načela in dejavnike, ki vplivajo na planiranje. V nadaljevanju smo se seznanili tudi z razvojem kadrov, ki predstavlja zelo pomemben dejavnik planiranja kadrov. Na koncu pa smo predstavili tudi absentizem in fluktuacijo ter definirali vzroke, vrste, dejavnike in princip izračuna obeh. V empiričnem delu smo predstavili Osnovno šolo Podbočje, njeno strategijo delovanje ter podrobneje opredelili kadrovsko strukturo zaposlenih na dan 31. 12. 2015 ter analizirali absentizem in fluktuacijo na podlagi podatkov iz zadnjih štirih let. V raziskovalnem delu naloge so predstavljeni rezultati analize raziskave. Cilj je bil ugotoviti, kako so zaposleni zadovoljni s procesom planiranja. Rezultati raziskave so pokazali, da so z možnostjo napredovanja in organizacijo izobraževanja zaposleni v Osnovni šoli Podbočje zelo zadovoljni. Pogoji dela so po mnenju zaposlenih dobri, vendar je velik delež tistih, ki pravijo, da svojega dela ne morejo uspešno opraviti znotraj svojega delovnega časa. Veliko jih tudi razmišlja o menjavi službe. Kot najpogostejši vzrok za absentizem pa so navedli udeležbo na seminarjih, bolniški dopust ter odsotnost zaradi nege ali spremstva družinskega člana. Na osnovi teh rezultatov smo v nadaljevanju podali predloge za izboljšanje stanja.

Title:HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT IN OSNOVNA ŠOLA PODBOČJE
Abstract:The diploma paper presents the human resources planning process, the development of human resources as well as absenteeism and employee fluctuation in Podbočje Primary School. The diploma paper consists of two parts, a theoretical and an empirical one. The theoretical part defines the human resources’ politics and their principles. We also thoroughly studied the human resources planning and got to know the human resources planning process, the conditions, principles and factors that influence the planning itself. Next, we were acquainted also with the human resources development, which represents a very important factor of human resources planning. Finally, we presented absenteeism and fluctuation; we defined their reasons, kinds, factors as well as the principle of calculating both. In the empirical part, we presented Podbočje Primary School, its operating strategy and its goals. We also defined the human resources’ employee structure on 31/12/2015 and analysed absenteeism and fluctuation based on the last four years’ data. In the research part of the paper, we presented the results of the research analysis. The aim was to find out how the employees are pleased with the planning process. The results of the research showed that the employees of Podbočje Primary School are very pleased with the possibilities of promotion and with the organisation of education. In their opinion, the working conditions are good. However, a large number of them say that they cannot do their work successfully within their working hours. Many of them are thinking about changing their job. As the most common reason for absenteeism, they stated the participation on seminars, sick leave and absence due to care of a family member. Based on these results we have provided suggestions for improving this situation.
