Title:Nagrajevanje zaposlenih v logističnih oddelkih proizvodnih podjetij Posavja

Abstract:Diplomsko delo obsega, poleg uvoda in zaključka, še štiri poglavja, od katerih sta dva na osnovi teorije, medtem ko sta preostala dva empirična. V teoretičnem delu smo se osredotočili na sisteme nagrajevanja, njihove cilje in kako jih pravilno oblikovati. Opisali smo tudi dejavnike, ki vplivajo na sistem nagrajevanja, ter sestavne dele nagrad. Nato smo preučili ter zapisali oblike nagrajevanja ter vrste nagrad, teoretični del pa zaključili z opisom finančnega in nefinančnega nagrajevanja. V empiričnem delu diplomske naloge smo najprej predstavili okolje, ki smo ga preučevali. Na podlagi anketnih vprašalnikov je stekla raziskava v logističnih oddelkih štirih proizvodnih podjetij Posavja. Iz arhivov podjetij smo opisali obstoječe sisteme plač in nagrajevanja, s pridobljenimi podatki pa smo analizirali, na kakšen način in v kolikšni meri so zaposleni dejansko nagrajeni in zadovoljni. Po končani analizi smo preverili zastavljene hipoteze, nato pa podjetjem podali predloge za izboljšavo trenutnega stanja.

Title:Rewarding employees in logistics sections of manufacturing companies in the Posavje region
Abstract:The thesis consists of four chapters, besides the introduction and conclusion, two of which are based on theory, while the last two are empirical. In the theoretical part we focused on reward systems, its goals and which is their proper formatting. We also described the factors that affect the reward system and components of the awards. Then we studied and written forms of remuneration and types of awards. The theoretical part is concluded with a description of the financial and non-financial rewards. In the empirical part of the thesis, we are presenting environment which we have studied. Based on survey questionnaire the research was launched in the logistics departments of the four manufacturing companies in the Posavje region. From the archives of the companies we introduced the existing system of salaries and remuneration and with the acquired data, we analyzed how and to what extent employees are actually rewarded and satisfied. After completion of the analysis, we have checked the hypothesis we set. At the end we presented proposals for improving the current situation.
