Title:UČINKOVITOST PROGRAMA USPOSABLJANJE NA DELOVNEM MESTU Z VIDIKA DEMOGRAFSKIH DEJAVNIKOV

Abstract:Z vstopom v EU si je Slovenija pridobila pravice do črpanja kohezijskih sredstev, sredstev strukturnih skladov in kohezijskega sklada, ki so namenjeni hitrejšemu razvoju manj razvitih regij EU. Proti brezposelnosti se evropska politika zaposlovanja bori tudi z ukrepi aktivne politike zaposlovanja. Program Usposabljanje na delovnem mestu je stalnica programov Aktivne politike zaposlovanja na Zavodu za zaposlovanje. Za Zavod je ključnega pomena Evropski socialni sklad. V magistrski nalogi smo analizirali, kako na učinkovitost programa Usposabljanje na delovnem mestu (ki jo merimo z izhodi v zaposlitev 12 mesecev po koncu usposabljanja) vplivajo demografski dejavniki, kot so spol, starost in izobrazba. S pomočjo t-testa, Mann-Whitneyevega testa ter ANOVE in Kruskal-Wallisovega testa smo ugotovili, da se učinkovitost programa razlikuje glede na stopnjo izobrazbe, medtem ko se razlike v učinkovitosti programa niso pokazale pri spolu in starosti.

Title:Efficiency of the “job training program” from the demografic factors point of view
Abstract:With the entrance into EU, Slovenia has been ensured the rights to cohesion funds, means of structural and cohesion funds that are meant for faster growth of less developed regions of the EU. European employment policy fights against unemployment also with active employment policy programs. The program »on the job training program« is the constant program of active employment policies at the Employment Service of Slovenia. For Employment service of Slovenia the most important fund is the European social fund. In this study we analyze how the demographic factors, such as gender, age and education, influenced the efficiency of the »the job training program« (which is measured by outputs in the job 12 months after the end of training). With the help of t-test, Mann-Whitney test, ANOVA and Kruskal-Wallis' test we found out, that efficiency of the program varies depending on the rate of education, while differences in the effectiveness of the program have not been determined for gender and age.
