Abstract:V delu je predstavljen proces načrtovanja, modeliranja, simuliranja in izdelave funkcionalnega modela pretvornika. Podan je kratek pogled tipične strukture inverterskega varilnega aparata. Prav tako je predstavljena struktura mikro-inverterskega varilnega aparata. Izvedeno in analizirano je načrtovanje komponent in modeliranje ter izpeljava parametrov regulatorja. Princip delovanje naprave je prikazan s simulacijskimi rezultati, dobljeni s programskim okoljem Matlab/Simulink. Opisano je načrtovanje elementov realnega sistema in njegovo programiranje. Rezultati delovanja realnega sistema so prikazani s pomočjo eksperimentov. Dodatno so navedeni problemi, rešitve in možnosti nadgradnje oz. možne izboljšave pretvorniškega sistema.

Title:Inverter's welding machine
Abstract:In the master thesis, the process of design, modeling, simulation and realization of converter is described. The first chapter contains brief overview of a typical structure of inverter welding machine. After that, structure of implemented micro-inverter welding machine is presented. Designing of components and modelling as well as the calculation of control parameters are analyzed and realized. The principle of operation of the device is shown with simulation results, obtained with the programming environment Matlab/Simulink. The main part of the thesis describes designing of elements for real converter and programming of FPGA-unit. Experimental results are also shown. Additionally, the problems, solutions and possibilities how to improve the converter are listed.
