Abstract:Magistrska naloga obravnava razliko med karakteristikami enosmernih in izmeničnih taljivih varovalk. Primerjava karakteristik je izvedena najprej kot 2D simulacija s pomočjo programa EleFAnT2D, nato pa še kot 3D simulacija s pomočjo programa EleFAnT3D. V preskusnem laboratoriju ICEM – TC so bili izvedeni preskusi na enosmernih in izmeničnih taljivih varovalkah. Nato so bili analizirani dobljeni simulacijski in merjeni rezultati.

Title:AN ANALYSIS OF THE CHARACTERISTIC OF AC AND DC LOW VOLTAGE FUSES
Abstract:The master thesis discusses the difference between the characteristics of AC and DC low voltage fuses. The comparison of the characteristics is executed firstly as a 2D simulation with the help of the EleFAnT2D program and then as a 3D simulation with the help of the EleFAnT3D program. Tests on AC and DC low voltage fuses were executed in the testing laboratory ICEM – TC. The obtained simulation and measured results were later analysed.
