Title:Konstruiranje orodja za brizganje polimerov na primeru drsnika mlina

Abstract:V diplomskem delu je opisano orodje za brizganje plastike elementa drsnika mlina za žitarice. Pri izdelavi orodja sem najprej začel z dokumentacijo, ki so nam jo poslali naročniki v podjetje MENART, d. o. o., za izdelavo orodja. Sledili so analize izdelka, idej, risanje sestavnih delov, izbira standardnih sestavnih delov, nato izdelava in sestava orodja, na koncu pa še testno brizganje izdelka in popravljanje orodja za prevzem. Veliko časa sem porabil za konstrukcijo in modeliranje sestavnih delov, saj sem želel izdelati orodje čim bolj enostavno za uporabo in izdelavo, predvsem pa za montažo. Pri izdelavi orodja je bila največja težava dolivek, a smo na koncu to napako odpravili z dodatnimi izmetači. Orodje je kupljeno pri podjetju EUREL, d. o. o., in deluje brez kakršnih koli težav.

Title:Construction of mill slider mould for polymer injection
Abstract:The diploma work presents design of a plastic molding machine tool for injection molding of slider element in grain mill. The process of designing has started with documentation that we have received in the company, followed by analysis of the product and ideas, selection of standard components and component drawing, and finally, the manufacture and assembly of the designed tool. In the end, a test injection molding was performed and minor corrections were made to the tool to be accepted. A lot of time was spent for designing and modeling of all the components, since I wanted to create the tool as simple to use, to manufacture and to assemble as possible. The most demanding part to produce was the injector, but we managed to solve that problem by adding additional ejector plates. The tool was bought from the company Eurel d.o.o. and runs without any problems.
