Abstract:Redni letni razgovor kot močno orodje managementa je poglobljen, strukturiran in usmerjen razgovor med vodjo in sodelavcem na katerikoli organizacijski ravni, kjer se pregledajo rezultati preteklega obdobja in planirajo aktivnosti za uspešnejše delo v prihodnje. Iz rednih letnih razgovorov imajo korist trije udeleženci, in sicer zaposleni, vodje ter organizacija. Priprave in izvedbe rednih letnih razgovorov se organizacija mora lotiti sistematično. V diplomskem delu smo raziskali redne letne razgovore v ginekološko-porodniškem oddelku Splošne bolnišnice Murska Sobota, javnem sektorju, za katerega velja zakonodaja o uvedbi rednih letnih razgovorov.

Title:Regular annual interview at gynecological-maternity department of General hospital Murska Sobota
Abstract:Regular annual interview as a powerful management tool is an in-depth, structured and focused discussion between the Head and employees at any organizational level, where it reviewed the results of the previous period and planned activities for successful work in the future. The regular annual interviews benefiting three participants, namely employees, leaders and organization. Preparation and implementation of annual interviews must be undertaken by the organization in a systematic way. In this thesis, we studied the regular annual discussions in the gynecological department of the General Hospital Murska Sobota, the public sector, which is subject to legislation on the introduction of regular annual interviews.
