Abstract:Pri diplomski nalogi nas je zanimalo, kakšen vpliv imajo navedeni stili vodenja na vedenje podrejenih v konkretni organizaciji X. Ugotovili smo, da v podjetju v večini primerov prevladuje mentorski stil vodenja, da večina podrejenih z veseljem opravlja svoje delo in imajo dober odnos z vodjo, da težave pri delu rešujejo skupaj, da komunicirajo dobro, so zavzeti za delo.

Title:IMPACT OF THE STYLE OF LEADERSHIP ON BEHAVIOR OF EMPLOYEES IN ORGANIZATION X
Abstract:we wanted to know what impact have mentioned styles of leadership on the behavior of subordinate employees in a particular organization X. It has been found that the company bestows a mentoring style of leadership, that majority of subordinate employees is happy to carry out working tasks and has a good relationship with the heads. Subordinate employees solve problems at work together with their heads, communicate well and are dedicated to their work.
