Title:Prenova procesa oskrbe s pisarniškim materialom

Abstract:Diplomska naloga obravnava problematiko optimizacije oskrbovalne verige v podjetju Jupiter d.o.o. Podjetje Jupiter je majhno zasebno podjetje, ki deluje na področju oskrbe s pisarniškim materialom. Locirano je v Tehnološkem parku na Brdu, kjer deluje približno 150 podjetij. Gre za stimulativno in podporno poslovno okolje, ki temelji na razvoju vrhunskega tehnološkega podjetništva. Lokacija je za podjetje strateškega pomena, kajti nastajajo novi poslovni objekti in s tem prihajajo novi potencialni kupci. Na področju, kjer podjetje deluje, je konkurenca močna, zato je lokacija poslovna priložnost za marsikaterega konkurenta. Prav zaradi tega je še posebej pomembno, da podjetje Jupiter d.o.o. pregleda celoten oskrbovalni proces, ugotovi, kje so potrebne izboljšave, in z dobro organizacijo poskrbi za njihovo izboljšavo. V teoretičnem delu diplomske naloge je izpostavljena problematika, predpostavljene so omejitve. Sledijo mu teoretična izhodišča pomena oskrbovalne verige, upravljanja oskrbovalne verige in funkcije v podjetju kot elementi oskrbovalne verige. Poglavje zajema informacije o tem, kaj oskrbovalna veriga sploh je, iz česa sestoji in kako z dobro organizacijo neprestano izboljšujemo posamezne procese v oskrbovalni verigi podjetja. Praktičen del naloge se osredotoča na pregled obstoječega stanja. Namen je s pomočjo metode ABC analize prodajnih rezultatov po blagovnih skupinah ugotoviti, katere skupine izdelkov je smiselno nadgrajevati in katere opuščati, in z metodo anketnega vprašalnika pridobiti informacije o poslovanju podjetja s strani obstoječih kupcev. Rezultati so pokazali potrebo po nujni izboljšavi posameznih delov poslovnih procesov, ki so del oskrbovalne verige podjetja. Potrebno bi bilo izvesti ključne spremembe na področju prepoznavnosti z izboljševanjem fleksibilnosti in hitrosti dostave, ki sta glede na velikost podjetja glavni konkurenčni prednosti.

Title:Reenginering of the office equipment supplying process
Abstract:The thesis deals with the problem of optimizing the supply chain in the company called Jupiter, Ltd. Jupiter, Ltd. is a small private company operating in the field of office supplies. It is located at Tehnology Park in Brdo where around 150 other companies are working. Tehnology park is a stimulating and supportive business environment, based on the development of tehnological entrepreneurship on the highest level. The company's strategic location is very important because new business structures are constantly being built which leads to a higher number of potential buyers. Because of a high competitiveness in the operating area, the appropriate business environment represents an excellent benefit for many competitors. That is why it is particularly important that Jupiter, Ltd. examines the whole supply process, finds the points where improvements are needed, and contributes to their concrete realization in a well-organized way. The thesis is divided into two parts – theoretical and practical. The first one introduces the analysed topic and presents the theoretical aspects of the terms supply chain, supply chain management and functions in the company as elements of the supply chain. In addition to that, the theoretical part includes a definition of the supply chain and it´s composition, providing the information about how a good organization keeps improving individual processes within the company's supply chain. The practical part is based on the existing conditions. The aim is to find out, which products should be upgraded and which eliminated by using the ABC analysis of the sold products acording to trade marks. Moreover, the thesis also aims at presenting all the necessary informations about company's operation, which are to be received from the buyers on the basis of the questionnaire method. The results showed the need for urgent improvement of the individual parts of business processes that form the company's supply chain. It would be necessary to make some key changes in the field of recognisability by improving the flexibility and speed of delivery which are depending on the size of the company the main competitive advantages.
