Abstract:Letni razgovori imajo številne namene, ki jih ne morem predstaviti v teh vrsticah. Bistveno je, da v letnih razgovorih delavec in njegov nadrejeni skušata iskati poti in odgovore na vprašanja kot npr. so: kako delati bolje, kaj je potrebno spremeniti in po možnosti tudi ugotoviti kako. To je priložnost, v kateri je mogoče izraziti želje po osebnem razvoju, skupaj načrtovati karierno pot in podobno. Je del strategije podjetja in kadrovske politike podjetja. Namen letnega razgovora je izboljšanje medsebojnih odnosov ter razvoj kariere vsakega posameznika, ki je usklajena z plani in strategijami podjetja.

Title:ORGANIZATIONAL PERFORMANCE ANNUAL TARGET INTERVIEWS IN ENTERPRISE XY
Abstract:Annual discussions are carried out for different reasons, which I can't present in these lines. Mainly, in annual talks the worker and his/her superior try to find the way and the answers to questions e.g. how to work better, what to change and possibly also how. It is an opportunity to express the wishes regarding personal developement, to plan together the career and the like. It is a part of the company's strategy and the personnel policy of the company. The purpose of the annual discussion is the relationship improvement and the developement of the career of each individual, which should be consistent with the plans and strategies of the company.
