Title:USTVARJALNO RAZMIŠLJANJE IN ODLOČANJE O NAČINIH OGLAŠEVANJA V RAČUNOVODSKEM SERVISU

Abstract:V delu diplomskega projekta smo reševali problem oglaševanja računovodskih storitev. Delo diplomskega projekta je sestavljeno iz teoretičnega dela in praktičnega dela. V teoretičnem delu smo predstavili značilnosti posameznih metod ustvarjalnega reševanja problemov, ki smo jih kasneje uporabili pri praktičnem delu na primeru računovodskega servisa C&H d.o.o. Uporabili smo tehniko W, tehniko petih zakajev, listo oznak in morfološko analizo. V praktičnem delu smo uporabili naštete tehnike, s katerimi smo reševali problem oglaševanja računovodskih storitev v računovodskem servisu C&H d.o.o. Uporabili smo tudi program za večkriterijsko odločanje Web-HIPRE, s pomočjo katerega smo dobili končne rezultate glede najboljše alternative oglaševanja. Računovodske storitve lahko oglašujemo na različne načine preko različnih medijev. Pozorni moramo biti na izbiro ciljne publike in na podlagi tega izbrati najprimernejše načine, preko katerih komuniciramo in informiramo ciljno publiko. Tudi izdelava oglasov je pomembna naloga, ki pomaga k večji gledanosti oglasov in s tem k večji uspešnosti oglaševanja, saj kreativni oglasi pritegnejo večjo pozornost javnosti. Ugotovili smo, da je najboljši način oglaševanja računovodskih storitev oglaševanje preko interneta, saj v današnjem času ljudje vse več časa preživijo na spletu. Prednost internetnega oglaševanja je tudi ta, da lahko uporabljamo različne kombinacije internetnega oglaševanja, kot je na primer oglaševanje na družbenih omrežjih preko sponzoriranih objav v kombinaciji s povezavo na uradno spletno stran podjetja. Da je oglaševanje preko interneta najustreznejši način oglaševanja, imajo ključno vlogo stroški, ki so pri tej alternativi v primerjavi z drugimi od vseh možnih alternativ najnižji.

Title:CREATIVE THINKING AND DECISION - MAKING ABOUT ADVERTISING OPPORTUNITIES IN THE ACCOUNTING SERVICE
Abstract:The thesis tackles the problem of advertising of the accounting services. The thesis consists of a theoretical part and a practical part. The theoretical part presents the characteristics of individual methods of creative problem solving, which were later used in practical work in the case of accounting firm C & H d.o.o. We used the technique W, technique of five Why-s, attribute listing and morphological analysis. In the practical part we used these techniques with which we tackled the problem of advertising of the accounting services in the accounting firm C & H d.o.o. We used the program for a multi-criteria decision making Web-HIPRE, through which we got the final results regarding the best advertising. Accounting services can be advertised in different ways and through different media. We must be careful in the selection of the target audience and on this basis to select the most appropriate methods and media through which we communicate and inform our target audience. The production of advertisements is an important task, which helps to achieve a better visibility of advertising and thus to increase the effectiveness of our advertising since creative ads attract more public attention. We have found that the best opportunity of advertising is via the Internet, because nowadays people spend more time online. The advantage of Internet advertising is that we can use different combinations of internet advertising, such as advertising on social networks via sponsored posts, in combination with a link to the official website of the company. That the Internet is the most appropriate way of advertising is shown in the costs for this alternative in comparison to others.
