Abstract:V magistrskem delu je predstavljeno načrtovanje in izdelava programske opreme nadzornega sistema vpenjalne priprave. Opisana je uporabljena raziskovalna oprema in njena nastavitev. Za zagotovite potrebnih podatkov programski opremi je bila izvedena meritev rezalnih sil med postopkom obdelave z odrezovanjem in komunikacija s CNC krmiljem obdelovalnega stroja. Programska oprema je izdelana v razvojnem orodju LabVIEW. Predstavljeni so algoritmi programske opreme, ki omogočajo zajemanje sile, komunikacije s CNC krmiljem, izračun optimalnih sil vpenjalne priprave in regulacijo podajalne hitrosti obdelovalnega orodja. Za nadzor in upravljanje programske opreme je bil izdelan grafični vmesnik.

Title:THE SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT OF FIXTURE MONITORING SYSTEM
Abstract:In the master’s thesis, we have presented planning and making of the software for the control system of loose-leaf appliance. The researching gear and its setting has been described. Measurement of the cutting forces during the process of treatment with cutting and communication with CNC steering system of the processing machine has been done to assure the needed data for the software. The software has been made in the development tool LabVIEW. The algorithms of the software have been presented, which enable gathering of the force, communication with CNC steering system, calculation of optimal forces of the loose-leaf appliance, and regulation of the passing speed of the processing tool. There has been a graphic interface constructed for control and managing of the software.
