Title:Virtualni model učne robotizirane celice

Abstract:V magistrskem delu smo obravnavali virtualni model učne robotizirane celice, ki se nahaja na Hrvaškem, v Elektrostrojniški šoli, Varaždin. Predstavili smo vso tehnologijo, potrebno za izvajanje predmeta Robotike. S pretvorbo realne celice v virtualno okolje zelo lahko analiziramo vsak posamezni del celice. Za modeliranje smo uporabili programski paket Solidworks, za prikaz celotnega okolja pa ABB RobotStudio. Izdelani program bo pozneje uporaben za dijake in študente, ki se prvič srečujejo z industrijskim proizvodnim okoljem in robotom. Modeliranje je danes zelo zapleten in širok pojem. Predstava moderne robotske celice v virtualnem okolju je velika prednost. Dijaki lahko simulirajo, spreminjajo, pa tudi vstavijo nove stvari, elemente v celico (skladišče, stroj s katerim se obdelovalec izdeluje in podobno). V delu bomo opisali tehnologijo in način modeliranja s programskim paketom SolidWorks in delo nam bo pomagalo, četudi se prvič srečujemo z 3D modeliranjem. Spoznali bomo tudi ABB RobotStudio, uvoz elementov in geometrije iz Solidworksa v ABB RobotStudio. Predstavili bomo robot ABB IRB 2400 in njegove možnosti.

Title:The virtual model of school robot cell
Abstract:The thesis provides a meticulous description of a virtually modelled school robotic cell located in The School of Mechanical Engineering and Computing Science in Varaždin, Croatia. All the technologies required for the school course of Robotics are being presented. By transiting the real cell into a virtual layout one can easily analyze each part of the robotic cell. The software package SolidWorks was used for the purpose of modelling while ABB RobotStudio made a detailed overview of the cell possible. The programme created is a valuable tool for students first encountering the industrial environment and the robot itself. Modelling today is a very broad and complicated term. Virtual presentation of a modern robotic cell is a big advantage for students who can then make a simulation, change or add new elements to the cell (a depot, a modelling machine for developing different pieces and similar). In this thesis we describe this technology along with the methods provided by the modelling software package SolidWorks. This work will also be proven useful for those first encountering 3D modelling. ABB RobotStudio, importing elements and geometry from SolidWorks as well as the robot ABB IRB 2400 and its possibilities are going to be presented in detail.
