Title:Analiza cevovodov v NEK d.o.o.

Abstract:Magistrsko delo se nanaša na področje načrtovanja in analiziranja cevovodnih sistemov v podjetju Nuklearna elektrarna Krško (NEK), d. o. o. Prikazan je potek načrtovanja novega sistema odmuljevanja v zgradbi bistvene oskrbne vode (ESW), ki bi nadgradil obstoječi način odstranjevanja usedlin s pomočjo potapljača. Sistem bistvene oskrbe vode ima pomembno vlogo pri zagotavljanju varnosti, saj je njegov primarni namen odvajanje toplote iz sistema hlajenja komponent. Z vgradnjo novega sistema bi tako varnost delovanja elektrarne še povišali. Analiza cevovoda je izvedena s pomočjo računalniškega programa Bentley AutoPIPE, ki je certificirano orodje za izdelavo analiz v jedrski industriji. Za analizo je izdelan model, ki temelji na zahtevah standardov ASME B31.1 in ASME BPVC, sekcija III, ki se v NEK uporabljata za načrtovanje novih cevovodnih sistemov. Prikazani in primerjani so rezultati analiz po posameznem standardu. V splošnem pa predstavljeno delo zajema opis podjetja in nekaj splošnih informacij o njegovem delovanju, predstavljeni so standardi in pripadajoča zakonodaja, opisana in izvedena pa je tudi zgoraj omenjena analiza.

Title:Piping analysis for NEK d.o.o.
Abstract:The master's thesis deals with designing and analyses of piping systems in the company Nuclear power plant Krško. The thesis presents the course of designing a new desilting system in the Essential Service Water (ESW) building which will upgrade the existing way of sediment disposal by the help of a diver. The system of Essential Service Water has an important role in provision of security for its primary purpose is to draw off heat from the system of component cooling. By installing a new system security of the power plant operation would be increased. The piping analysis is carried out by using the programme Bentley AutoPIPE, which is a certified tool for implementation of piping analyses in nuclear industry. To make the analysis we have designed a model based on standards ASME B31.1 in ASME BPVC section III, which are used in NEK to plan new piping systems. The results of analyses are shown and measured according to individual standards. But in general the thesis includes presentation of the company, some basic information about its operations, standards and associated legislation. The previously mentioned analysis has been described and carried out.
