Opis:Pričujoče diplomsko delo obravnava kršitve delovno pravne zakonodaje na področju izvajanja nočnega dela. Nočno delo je iz fizioloških razlogov napornejše od dnevnega in iz družbenih razlogov manj ugodno. Nočno delo je urejeno z domačimi in mednarodnimi predpisi. Delodajalec mora nočnim delavcem zagotoviti daljši dopust, ustrezno prehrano med delom ter ustrezno vodstvo delovnega procesa. Na nočno delo ne sme razporediti delavca, ki nima urejenega prevoza na delo in z dela. Če delo, ki je organizirano v izmenah, vključuje tudi nočno izmeno, mora delodajalec zagotoviti njihovo periodično izmenjavo.

Opis:This diploma thesis deals with violations of labor legislation in the implementation of night work. Night work is physiological reasons effort of the day and from social reasons less favorably. Night work is governed by national and international regulations. The employer must ensure the night workers longer holidays, proper meals during work and professional leadership of the working process. On the night work may not assign a worker who does not have to arrange transport to and from work. If work is organized in shifts, it includes a night shift, the employer must ensure that they periodically exchange. The worker may one shift work at night more than a week, unless agreed in writing with longer periods of night work. The purpose of the thesis was theoretically present violations of labor legislation in the implementation of night work. As the most common violations in the last two years stand out for remuneration and other employment earnings (non-payment of wages and delays in payment of wages, non-payment of allowances for working in special working conditions resulting from the distribution of working hours (at night, overtime ), the annual leave bonus). In the area of ​​control of safety and health at work were the most common violations regarding risk assessment and safety statement with risk assessment, training of workers to perform their work safely and with regard to the provision of health care workers.
