Title:MOŽNOSTI MERJENJA MASE S POMOČJO LASERSKIH TIPAL

Abstract:V diplomskem delu je predstavljena alternativna možnost merjenja mase s pomočjo laserskih tipal, kjer je bil zastavljen cilj, da bi tak način merjenja v realnem okolju omogočal hitrejše in bolj pogosto merjenje mase, brez dodatnih stroškov in delovne sile. Za izvedbo simulacije meritev sta bili predvideni dve različni laserski tipali SICK LMS111 in SICK TIM310 ter dodatna kamera znamke The Imaging Source tip DBK31BU03 za sinhronizacijo zajema podatkov. V fazi razvoja prototipne aplikacije je bilo ugotovljeno, da tipalo TIM310 v razvojnem okolju nima podpore, zato smo ga morali v praksi izpustiti. Meritve pa so bile tako izvedene ob uporabi tipala SICK LMS111 in ob podpori digitalne kamere. Zaradi uporabe le enega laserskega tipala smo se omejili na simetrične predmete, katerih premike smo zaznali s pomočjo digitalne kamere, trenutno obliko pa ugotovili s pomočjo laserskega tipala. Glede na vse izmerjene oblike zaznanega predmeta smo lahko ocenili njegovo prostornino, kar ob podatku specifične gostote poda njegovo maso. Glede na izmerjene primere je bilo ugotovljeno, da je napaka predstavljenega sistema 17,83 %; standardni odklon pa 8,63 %.

Title:MEASUREMENT OF MASS WITH THE HELP OF LASER SENSORS
Abstract:The final thesis introduces you to an alternate option of mass measurement with laser sensors. This type of measurement in real environment is faster and can be repeated frequently without additional weighting, extra costs and labor. There were two types of laser sensors provided for the simulation (SICK LMS111 and SICK TiM310) with addition of an The Imaging Source type DBK31BU03 camera, for data acquisition synchronization. In the development phase of the prototype application we encountered problems with one of the sensors which was not supported by the development environment which forced us to skip it in praxis. The measurements where done with a SICK LMS 111 with support of an digital camera. Because of the use of a single sensor, we restricted the measurements to symmetrical objects, which movement was tracked with help of an digital camera. The shape of the object was determined with a laser sensor. With all the data acquired the objects volume can be assessed. With addition of specific gravity the mass of the object can be calculated. Within all the cases of the measurements we determined that the error of the system is 17.83 %, standard deviaton is 8.63 %.
