Title:MUSEUM COMPLEX OF THE MACEDONIAN FRONT
Abstract:In the project within the subject Degree exam an architectural solution for a museum of the Macedonian front of World War One was made. An old war camp of the time was included within the museum complex, besides the conventional spaces of a museum such as the exhibiting ones. The location is 20 km outside of Macedonia’s second biggest city, Bitola. The task was devided into two parts. The first one combines an analysis of the museum as a specific architectural type, as well as a historical one on the specific matter. The second part is the practical one, where an actual solution for the museum complex was given.
