Abstract:V magistrski nalogi ergonomsko oblikovanje delovnih mest na kovaški liniji z uporabo računalniških simulacij je predstavljena analiza delovnih mest na kovaški liniji v podjetju UNIOR d.d. s pomočjo programskega paketa Human simulation JackTM. V uvodu je predstavljeno dobro poznano podjetje Unior – oddelek odkovki, ter zgodovina in uporaba uporabljenega programskega paketa Human simulation Jack. Osrednji del magistrske naloge pa predstavlja opis postopka za samostojno izdelavo simulacije in animacije., opis analiziranih delovnih mest kovaške linije in opis ergonomskih metod uporabljenih v analizi. V Zaključnem delu magistrskega dela so predstavljeni rezultati analiz.

Title:Ergonomic workplace design of forging line using computer simulations
Abstract:Master thesis titled workplace design of forging line using computer simulations shows ergonomic analysis of workplaces in Unior d.d. forging line using Human simulation JackTM software. The preface of master thesis describes well known company Unior d.d. – forging, usage and development of human simulation JackTM software. The main part of master thesis shows tutorial of making individual simulation and animation with Human simulation JackTM, analysed individual workplaces on forging lines and description of ergonomic analysis used on forging lines. Results and comments on ergonomic analyses are represented in conclusion of master thesis.
