Abstract:	V diplomski nalogi z naslovom Prevoz izredne pošiljke (transformatorja) iz Črnuč do Dobove se osredotočimo na proces priprave in izvedbe prevoza 260-tonskega električnega transformatorja z železniškim prometom. V teoretičnem delu predstavimo tovorni promet po slovenskih tirih in opišemo pojme, kot so izredni prevoz, svetli profil in nakladalni profil. V poglavju o izrednem prevozu navedemo varnostne pogoje in vrste izrednih pošiljk. V drugem poglavju obravnavamo izredni prevoz s pravnega vidika. Predstavimo mednarodne in državne zakone ter podzakonske akte, ki veljajo pri izrednih prevozih, opišemo pa tudi prevozno pogodbo za prevoz tovora. V poglavju o organizaciji prevoza transformatorja iz Črnuč do Dobove predstavimo potek celotne organizacije izrednega prevoza. Začnemo z opisom transformatorja in predstavimo kritične točke naše pošiljke. Raziščemo, kaj je potrebno pri načrtovanju in pripravi na izredni prevoz. Nato opišemo še potek prevoza in ga na koncu analiziramo. V zaključku podamo ugotovitve in sklepe, do katerih smo prišli v diplomski nalogi.

Title:	Transport of non-standard consignment (a transformer) from Črnuče to Dobova
Abstract:	In the thesis entitled Transport of non-standard consignment (a transformer) from Črnuče to Dobova, we will focus on the process of preparation and realisation of a transport of 260 ton heavy electric transformer on the Slovenian Railways. In the theoretical part we will introduce a freight transport on the Slovenian Railways and describe concepts such as exceptional transport and loading gauge. Under the heading Exceptional transport, we will list types of safety conditions and types of non-standard consignments. In the second chapter we will discusse exceptional transport from the legal point of view. We will present international and national laws and implementing regulations that apply to exceptional transports, and we will also describe the transport contract for cargo transport. In the chapter Organization of transport of a transformer from Črnuče to Dobova we will describe the course of the entire organization of an exceptional transport. We will begin with a description of the transformer and we will present the critical points of our shipment. We wil look into what is needed in planning and preparating for exceptional transport. We will describe the entire course of our transport and then we will analyze it. In conclusion, we will indicate the findings and conclusions to which we have come in our thesis.
