Abstract:Diplomsko delo obravnava trdnostni preračun konstrukcije enotirnega žerjava po standardu SIST EN 13001. Najprej so bili določeni dinamični koeficienti iz teh so bile nato izračunane sile, ki delujejo na konstrukcijo žerjava. Nato se je na podlagi obremenitev izvedel numerični preračun s programom Abaqus. Izvedli sta se dve analizi, prva za preračun linijske konstrukcije in druga za kontrola izvijanje spodnje pasnice žerjavne proge. Na koncu so predstavljeni in komentirani rezultati numeričnih analiz. Prav tako so predstavljeni dokazi trdnosti, togosti in stabilnosti. Ugotovljeno je bilo, da izbrana konstrukcija ustreza.

Title:Dimensioning of a monorail crane construction
Abstract:Diploma work focuses on calculation of structure of monorail crane. Calculation is based on standard SIST EN 13001. First the dynamic factors were calculated and from this factors the forces that act on the structure of the crane were determined. Then we performed numerical analysis with the program Abaqus. There are two separate analysis. First one focuses on calculation of the line structure of the steel construction. Second one focuses on calculation of bottom flange of crane rail. The results of numerical analysis are presented on the end. There are also presented proofs of static strength, of rigid body and body stability. It was determined that construction is strong enough.
