Abstract:V diplomski nalogi predstavljamo Redne letne razgovore v Gorenjski banki d. d., Kranj. Redni letni razgovori so v vsaki organizaciji ključnega pomena. Izvajajo se vsaj enkrat letno. Pogovor poteka med vodjo in zaposlenim. Pogovarjata se o elementih, ki bi se jih dalo izboljšati, načrtih za prihodnost, mnenjih in predlogih zaposlenih. S pomočjo rednih letnih razgovorov dosežemo soglasje mnenj med vodjo in zaposlenim, s tem pa omogočimo najti primerno rešitev za izboljšanje načrtovanja dela s posameznikom. Diplomsko delo je razdeljeno na dva dela. V prvem, teoretičnem delu naloge opisujemo splošne pojme rednih letnih razgovorov in na kratko predstavitev izbrane organizacije. Predstavljamo redne letne razgovore, njihov namen in koristi, vsebino, potek ter samo pripravo in izvedbo dejavnosti po opravljenem letnem razgovoru. Vključujemo tudi vidike uspešnega komuniciranja pri RLR. V opis predstavitve okolja vključujemo podatke o zgodovini, organizacijski strukturi, poslanstvu in viziji banke, dejavnosti in novosti, kadrovsko politiko in cilje diplomske naloge z raziskovalnimi vprašanji in opisom metod dela. V drugem, empiričnem ali raziskovalnem delu s pomočjo anketnih vprašalnikov prikazujemo, kako zaposleni ocenjujejo redne letne razgovore in delo vodje. Na podlagi intervjuja ugotavljamo, kako potekajo redni letni razgovori v Gorenjski banki d. d., Kranj, kako izboljšati načrtovanje posameznika na RLR. Temu sledi analiza rezultatov in prikaz podanih ugotovitev s pomočjo tabel in grafov. V zaključnem delu predlagamo rešitve za izboljšanje načrtovanja dela s posameznikom.

Title:ANNUAL INTERWIEVS AT GORENJSKA BANKA D.D., KRANJ
Abstract:The following diploma thesis deals with regular annual interviews in the Gorenjska Bank PLC, Kranj. Regular annual interviews play the key role in each organization. They are carried out at least once a year. The interview is conducted between the leader i.e. the employer and the employee. The two parties discuss the elements which could be improved, future plans, opinions and views as well as suggestions of the employees. Regular annual interviews help to achieve the opinion agreement between the leader and the employee and in addition to that enable to find an appropriate solution in improving the plan of work with an individual. The thesis is divided into two parts. The first, theoretical part, describes general concepts of regular annual interviews and a brief presentation of a selected organization. Further on it deals with the substance of regular annual interviews, their purpose and advantages, the contents, the process and finally with the preparations and execution of operations after the interview. Included are the views of a successful communication of RAI. The description of environment presentation includes historical data, organizational structure, the mission and vision of the bank, activities and innovations, human resources politics and goals of this diploma thesis along with the research questions and the description of used methods. The second, empirical or research part, includes questionnaire surveys which show the employees’ evaluation of regular annual interviews and the head of. Based on the interview, it can be determined how the previously mentioned interviews are conducted in the Gorenjska Bank PLC, Kranj, as well as how to improve the planning of an individual for RAI. The conclusion contains the result analysis and graphical as well as tabular presentation of findings. In conclusion we suggest solutions to improve wok planning with an individual.
