Abstract:Z diplomskim delom smo predstavili vlogo Zavoda RS za zaposlovanje kot osrednje institucije na trgu dela in ključni kader na področju zaposlovanja – svetovalce zaposlitve. Osredotočili smo se na kompetenčni model Zavoda RS za zaposlovanje in temeljne ter delovno specifične kompetence svetovalcev zaposlitve, ki so eden izmed pomembnih dejavnikov za učinkovito izvajanje delovnih nalog in vodenje svetovalnega procesa.

Title:COMPETENCES OF THE EMPLOYMENT ADVISERS AT THE EMPLOYMENT SERVICE OF SLOVENIA
Abstract:The purpose of the diploma thesis is to present the role of Employment Service of Slovenia as the central institution on the labour market as well as key personnel in the field of employment – employment counsellors. Attention is given to a competency model of Employment Service, basic and work-based competencies of employment counsellors who are an important factor in providing implementation of work orders and management of a counselling process.
