Abstract:V prvem delu diplomskega seminarja podajam teoretična spoznanja v zvezi z organizacijsko klimo, kulturo in njun vpliv na zadovoljstvo zaposlenih in uspešnost organizacije. V drugem, raziskovalnem delu pa sem raziskala in predstavila podjetje Map-trade d.o.o. Predstavila sem rezultate in analize anket ter ukrepe, s katerimi bi se izboljšalo stanje posameznih dimenzij klime, na katere so zaposleni slabše odgovorili.

Title:ORGANIZATIONAL CULTURE AND CLIMATE IN THE US MAP-TRADE CO.
Abstract:In the first part of the thesis I present the theoretical knowledge in relation to organizational climate and culture, and their impact on the employee satisfaction and performance of the organization. In the second part, research part of my thesis, I researched and presented the company Map-trade Co. I presented the results and analysis of the surveys and measures to improve the state of the individual dimensions of the climate in which employees answers were rather negative.
