Title:ANALIZA IZBRANIH DEJAVNIKOV RASTI NA PRIMERU HITRO RASTOČEGA DRUŽINSKEGA PODJETJA X

Abstract:Dinamični podjetnik, njegov način vodenja in upravljanja podjetja, njegove osebnostne lastnosti, hitro rastoče družinsko podjetje, rast podjetja se prepletajo v diplomskem projektu. Opravljena raziskava daje ugotovitve, kakšna je prepletenost in vpliv dinamičnega podjetnika oziroma ključnega člena v podjetju, ki vodi posel, njegovimi osebnostnimi lastnostmi, s tem vpliv na rast podjetja in vpliv same družine na vse odločitve v podjetju. Cilj diplomskega projekta je bil poiskati temeljne in realistične odgovore na temeljno raziskovalno vprašanje: »Obravnavano dinamično družinsko podjetje uspešno vodi in upravlja dinamični podjetnik skupaj s svojim podjetniškim timom, saj s pomočjo tega dejavnika rasti, podjetje raste«. Ne glede na to za kakšno podjetje gre, ima podjetnik pri tem vedno temeljno vlogo, saj se vsak podjetnik sam odloči, ali želi rasti ali ne. Vendar pa pri tem odločitev podjetnika o rasti ni dovolj, saj na podjetje vplivajo tako notranji kot tudi zunanji dejavniki rasti, ki lahko bistveno vplivajo na rast in razvoj samega podjetja. Poleg vseh dejavnikov pa so ključnega pomena osebnostne lastnosti, ki so eden izmed ključnih elementov za rast. Kadar pa gre za družinsko podjetje, na odločitve v podjetju vplivajo tudi družinski člani, ki so posredno ali neposredno vključeni v podjetje. Hitro rastoče podjetje mora biti naravnano v inovativnost in kreativnost, saj to za podjetje predstavlja konkurenčno prednost pred drugimi podjetji. Kreativnost in inovativnost sta najpomembnejša vira razvoja vsakega podjetja. Podjetje mora težiti k inovativnosti svojih zaposlenih, saj se le tako lahko generirajo nove ideje, s katerimi nastane invencija. Brez inovativnosti podjetniškega tima in samega dinamičnega podjetnika, bodo podjetje konkurenti prehiteli in posledično se bodo odjemalci raje odločali za konkurentove izdelke/storitve kot pa za naše. V diplomskem projektu smo poiskali tudi povezavo med družinskim podjetjem in hitro rastočim podjetjem. Hitro rastoča podjetja predstavljajo največjo moč v majhnem podjetništvu. Hitro rastoča podjetja namenijo tudi več sredstev za raziskave in razvoj. Hitro rastoča družinska podjetja v večini pripravljajo formalne plane poslovanja. Večina družinskih podjetij sodeluje z zaposlenimi, z njimi delijo določene informacije in jim posredujejo odstopanja poslovanja od planiranega. S tem dajejo zaposlenim jasne signale, kaj od njih pričakujejo. Manj zanimive se jim zdijo poslovne strategije nizkih stroškov. V primeru prisotnosti novih proizvodov na trgu, ta podjetja zavzamejo strategijo vodilnega na trgu ali strategijo prvega zasledovalca. Rast podjetja, na katero vplivajo tako notranji kot zunanji dejavniki rasti, smo proučevali na vzorcu izbranega hitro rastočega družinskega podjetja. Zakaj prav na tem vzorcu? Ker gre za podjetje, ki v današnjem turbulentnem okolju ostaja dinamično, fleksibilno in pri tem nenehno želi ohranjati konkurenčno prednost pred drugimi, saj se je zaradi dinamike pripravljeno hitro prilagajati zahtevam, ki jih neprestano narekuje trg. To uresničujejo z učinkovito izrabo idej, znanja in informacij, kjer ima dinamični podjetnik temeljno vlogo. Predvsem so to podjetja, ki so usmerjena v visokotehnološke procese in v današnjem gospodarstvu ustvarjajo največ novih delovnih mest. Prispevek diplomskega projekta je sestavljen iz teoretičnega in empiričnega dela, kjer smo pregledali tako domačo kot tujo literaturo s tega področja, si zastavili raziskovalne hipoteze, opisali, kakšne bodo metode dela, predstavili izvedbo raziskovalnega intervjuja, analizirali vse odgovore, ki smo jih pridobili iz intervjuja ter na koncu povzeli sklepne ugotovitve. Pri analiziranju pa je potrebno biti prividen, saj ni nujno, da je dinamični podjetnik tisti, ki je temeljni dejavnik rasti, ampak lahko na rast vplivajo tudi drugi notranji in zunanji dejavniki, kot na primer podjetniški tim, inovativnost itd. Tematika, ki smo jo proučevali, je aktualna v današnjem svetu.

Title:ANALYSIS OF SELECTED FACTORS OF GROWTH IN THE CASE OF A RAPIDLY GROWING FAMILY FIRM X
Abstract:A dynamic entrepreneur, his way of governance and management company, his personal qualities, fast growing family business, business growth are intertwined in the diploma project. Itself gives the findings of a survey of what the complexity and impact of dynamic entrepreneurs and key article in the company that runs business, their personal characteristics, the impact on business growth and the impact of their own families in all decisions in the company. The goal of this project was to find a fundamental and realistic answers to fundamental research question: "Reporting dynamic family business successfully lead and manage a dynamic entrepreneur, together with its entrepreneurial team, because by this growth factor, the company grows." No matter what kind of company it is, the entrepreneur while still a fundamental role. In doing so, every entrepreneur decides whether it wants to grow or not. However, in this decision entrepreneur growth is not enough, because at the company affected by both internal as well as external factors, which can have a significant impact on the growth and development of the company itself. In addition to all the factors are crucial personality traits, which are one of the key elements for growth. When it comes for the family business, the decisions of the company is also influenced by family members who are directly or indirectly involved in the company. Fast growing company must be oriented in innovation and creativity, because this company a competitive advantage over other companies. Creativity and innovation are the most important source of development of each company. The company must strive for innovation of their employees, because the only way to generate new ideas, which arises invention. Without innovation, entrepreneurial team and very dynamic entrepreneur, the company ahead of competitors, and consequently, the clients will prefer to competitors products/services rather than for ours. In the diploma project we found a link between family businesses and fast growing companies. Fast growing companies represent the maximum power in a small business. Fast growing companies devote more resources to research and development. Fast growing family of companies in the majority of preparing a formal business plan. Most family businesses cooperate with the employees, and sharing certain information and to provide them with deviations from the planned operation. By giving employees a clear signal of what is expected of them. Less interesting is judged low cost business strategy. In the presence of new products in the market, these companies take the strategy of the market leader or follower strategy first. The growth of the company, which is affected by both internal and external growth factors, we studied a sample of one of the rapidly growing family business. Why this pattern? Since this is one of the companies that in today's environment vortex remain dynamic, flexible and continuously seeking to maintain a competitive advantage over others, as a result of the dynamics prepared to adapt quickly to demands by continually dictated by the market. This is realized through efficient utilization of ideas, knowledge and information, which has a dynamic entrepreneur fundamental role. Above all, this is a company that is focused on the high-tech processes and danešnjem economy created more new jobs. Contribution of the diploma project consists of theoretical and empirical work, where we examined both domestic and foreign literature, set a hypothesis to describe what methods will work, presented the implementation of the research interview, analyze all that we have gained from the interview and finally summarize all conclusions. In the analysis it is necessary to be illusory, since it is not necessary that the dynamic entrepreneur, which is a fundamental factor for growth but can also affect the growth of other internal and external factors, such as corporate team, innovation, etc.
