Abstract:O elektronskih nabavnih tržnicah in izbire elektronskih ponudb preko elektronskih dražb (angl. e-bidding) je v slovenskem prostoru še premalo raziskano. Redko namreč zasledimo, da se v slovenskem gospodarstvu pridobivajo elektronske ponudbe preko elektronskih nabavnih tržnic oziroma elektronskih dražb. K temu prav pogosto pripomorejo prakse in politike v posameznih podjetjih. V današnjem času prihaja trend elektronskega pridobivanja ponudb preko elektronskih dražb, kjer kupec na podlagi elektronskega prostora v nekaj urah pride do želene ponudbe oziroma cilja. Na podlagi občutnega skrajšanja časa osebnih pogajanj se lahko pogajanja izvršijo elektronsko in to v nekaj urah. V magistrski nalogi želimo raziskati področje elektronskih nabavnih tržnic in elektronskih dražb, pridobivanje elektronskih ponudb ter samo elektronsko poslovanje posameznega podjetja. Prvo opažanje pri samem raziskovanju malo literature in raziskovanja na to temo zato nam je raziskovanje in vpeljave elektronskih nabavnih tržnic in izbire elektronskih ponudb preko elektronskih dražb pomemben izziv. Za lažje razumevanje bomo v nadaljevanju magistrske naloge začeli s teoretičnimi izhodišči mnogih avtorjev. Predstavili bomo model in izbiro elektronskega poslovanja, elektronsko nabavno tržnico in elektronsko dražbo ter proces pridobivanja elektronskih ponudb. Nadaljevali bomo po principu uvedbe elektronskih nabavnih tržnic in elektronskih dražb kot sistem v podjetje. V praktičnem delu bomo našo raziskovanje podkrepili z rezultati odgovorov, ki smo jih prejeli iz 16 slovenskih podjetij pretežno iz avtomobilske industrije in industrije cestne razsvetljave. S ključnimi ugotovitvami, katere smo pridobili v naši magistrski nalogi bomo našo raziskovalno delo zaključili.

Title:E-BIDDING
Abstract:There has not been practised much nor researched about purchasing e-marketplace and e-bidding in Slovenian companies and their businesses. We rarely come across doing business via purchasing e-marketplace or e-bidding due to a company policy and practices. Nowadays companies have brought out trend e-bidding where a buyer online places a bid and receives a response from bidding suppliers in short time. According to considerable shorter time of negotiations, e-auctions could complete in a couple of hours. In our diploma work we aim to research purchasing e-marketplace and e-bidding along electronic business, gaining target bids and finding out about its role in electronic business of our Slovenian companies. Unfortunately, we have not found many sources and literature researched upon chosen topic, which is also the reason that our research would represent quite a challenge. For a better understanding I have included theoretical part as well with points of various authors. We will present e-business model, purchasing e-marketplace, e-bidding and process of quotation in standard procedure. In the following principle purchasing e-marketplace and e-bidding are implemented to the existing business system. In empirical research 16 Slovenian companies most of them from automotive industry and lighting industry responded to our survey. Results received from survey would bring key findings and complete our research.
