Abstract:Lies detection plays an important role to investigation and detection crimes because the crimes can be deduced on the basis of certain truth or false information, after all, the information that are either true or not have major importance in the very course of the investigation. One of the techniques that can help to strengthen the investigation in the field of police hearings, informative conversation and in the field of lies detection is a technique of neuro-linguistic programming, which may allow a more efficient acquisition of information in investigative proceeding and possibly allows lies detection on the basis of eye movements. Beside the NLP technique as a lie detection tool there is also a possibility to use a evaluation of verbal and non-verbal communication and information that are acquired on the basis of certain behavior to detect leis or to determine infomation as authentic or not. As the research results do not provide the most relevant picture of NLP technique and on the basis of eye movements we cannot confidently conclude whether someone is lying or not, moreover, there is no neutral sign of lying which may lead to conclusion whether someone is lying or not, we can not talk about the objectivity of NLP technique. On the other hand NLP technique can be used as a tool for searching other evidence that may lead to the successful completion of investigation. There is a similar applies to the detection lies on the basis of non-verbal communication, because of the complexity of human behavior, personal characteristics and environmental impact, we cannot confidently assert about authenticity of statements, but on the basis of certain information that are figured from body language the investigation could be directed in such a way which may leads to a successful conclusions.
