Abstract:Ideja za temo diplomskega dela je bila vzeta iz praktičnega problema podjetja Kovinoplastika Štefan Pavlinjek, s.p. iz Murske Sobote, tj. vpetje ter vležajenje njihovega vlitega vertikalnega rotorja Savoniusove vetrne turbine. Naloga obsega preračun, izbiro ter konstruiranje elementov vpetja, vležajenja in prenosa vrtilnega gibanja z osi rotorja na generator. Nalogo sem začel s skicami, 3D-modelom turbine in njenih pripadajočih elementov. Nato so sledili preračuni ter izbira prenosa vrtilnega momenta. Po izbiri primernega prenosa gibanja sem izdelal delavniške risbe elementov in izbral standardne elemente za nabavo ter vgradnjo na prototip.

Title:Design of elements of vertical axis wind turbine
Abstract:The topic for my diploma thesis derives from a practical problem determined in the Kovinoplastika Štefan Pavlinjek, s.p. company from Murska Sobota. The solution to this problem lies in finding solutions and design elements for the Savonius vertical wind turbine. I started with some simple sketches, and continued with the 3D model and associated items. Next I performed calculations and selected the rotational moment transmition mode and concluded my thesis with the necessary mechanical drawings and choice of standard elements for the purchase and installation of the prototype.
