Abstract:Negotovost meritve je parameter, povezan z merilnim rezultatom in označuje raztros vrednosti, ki jih je mogoče upravičeno pripisati merjeni veličini. V diplomskem delu so zbrane in opredeljene zahteve za merilno in preskusno opremo, ki se uporablja pri nateznem preskusu kovin. Predstavljene so teoretične osnove za ovrednotenje merilne negotovosti. Praktični del predstavlja izvedeni natezni preskus vzorcev v sklopu medlabratorijske primerjave in ovrednotenje prispevkov k merilni negotovosti rezultata preskusa. Z ovrednotenjem merilne negotovosti se dobi izhodišče za optimizacijo postopkov preskušanja, saj s podrobno analizo vplivnih veličin na merilni rezultat sam proces preskušanja bolje razumemo. V sklepu je podana ocena rezultatov praktičnega dela in nakazani napotki za zmanjšanje prispevkov k merilni negotovosti rezultata.

Title:Analysis of measurement uncertainty in tensile testing of metals
Abstract:Measurement uncertainty is a parameter associated with the result of a measurement that characterizes the dispersion of values which could reasonably be attributed to the measurand. In the thesis, the requirements for measuring and testing equipment used in a tensile testing of metals were collected and identified. Furthermore we present the theoretical basis for the evaluation of measurement uncertainty. The practical part presents the tensile test samples taken within interlaboratory comparison and evaluation of the contributions to the uncertainty of the test result. By the evaluation of measurement uncertainty, the starting point for optimizing testing procedures is obtained, since the measurement result of the trial process itself is better understood by means of a detailed analysis of parameters influencing the result. In conclusion, the evaluation of the results of practical work and the outlined guidelines for reducing the contributions to the uncertainty of the result are presented.
