Abstract:V magistrskem delu je s pomočjo programskega orodja OPERA 3D narejen z metodo končnih elementov izračun magnetnega polja v modelu univerzalnega motorja. Uporabljen je tridimenzionalni model motorja, narejena pa je analiza magnetostatičnega polja ob uporabi različnih magnetnih materialov. Pri izračunih so bili uporabljeni kompozitni mehkomagnetni materiali ter različne vrste elektropločevin. Rezultati so podani v grafičnih ter tabelaričnih oblikah. Narejena je tudi primerjava karakterističnih parametrov motorja med uporabljenimi materiali. V nalogi je opisan še postopek izdelave geometrijskega modela motorja, ter modela navitja.

Title:REPLACEMENT OF STANDARD MAGNETIC MATERIAL WITH COMPOSITE MATERIAL IN UNIVERSAL MOTOR
Abstract:This thesis demonstrates the calculation of the magnetic field in a model of the universal motor using the finite element method and with help of OPERA 3D software tool. A three-dimensional model of the engine was used for the demonstration and the analysis was made by using different magnetic materials in order to generate magnetic fields. A composite of soft magnetic materials and various types of electrical sheet were used for the calculations. The results are presented in graphical and tabular formats. A comparison of characteristic parameters of the engine between the materials used was also conducted. The study is also used to describe a process of creating a geometric model of the engine and the model of the winding.
