Abstract:Zaposleni so pri delu in na delovnem mestu učinkoviti in uspešni, če so zadovoljni. Konkurenca in nenehne spremembe zahtevata od podjetij, da imajo iznajdljive zaposlene, ki morajo dati vse od sebe in svoje delo opravili kar se da uspešno. Da bi bil ta cilj dosežen, pa bi se morali zaposleni v podjetju počutiti dobro in biti zadovoljni. Na zadovoljstvo pri delu vpliva veliko število dejavnikov. Lahko bi rekli, da je organizacijska klima tista, ki je zelo povezana z zadovoljstvom zaposlenih. Kajti, tako kot organizacijska klima vpliva na zadovoljstvo, tako zadovoljstvo vpliva na to, kako zaposleni doživljajo organizacijsko klimo v organizaciji. Vsaka organizacija ima prav tako svojo organizacijsko kulturo. Ima svoje vedenje, prepričanja in vrednote, ki so značilne zanjo. V magistrskem delu smo se posvetili zadovoljstvu zaposlenih pri delu v podjetju Johnson Controls Slovenj Gradec d.o.o., na oddeku proizvodnje. Magistrsko delo je razdeljeno na dva dela, in sicer na teoretični in empirični del. V teoretičnem delu smo se osredotočili na organizacijsko kulturo, klimo in na zadovoljstvo zaposlenih. Najprej smo opisali organizacijsko kulturo, njene sestavine ter njeno ohranjanje in spreminjanje. Pri organizacijski klimi smo podali nekaj definicij, opisali smo tudi za nas pomembne dimenzije, nato opredelili kako merimo organizacijsko klimo. Na koncu smo še primerjali podobnosti in razlike med kulturo in klimo. Naslednjemu poglavju smo namenili zadovoljstvu zaposlenih. Opisali smo kakšna sta vloga in pomen zadovoljstva, kateri so dejavniki zadovoljstva, kako merimo zadovoljstvo zaposlenih in kaj pomeni nezadovoljstvo zaposlenih ter kakšne so njihove posledice. V empiričnem delu magistrskega dela smo na splošno predstavili podjetje Johnson Controls Slovenj Gradec d.o.o. S pomočjo anketiranja smo opravili raziskavo o zadovoljstvu pri delu, na oddelku proizvodnje v proučevanem podjetju. Na podlagi izpolnjenih anketnih vprašalnikov smo analizirali pridobljene podatke, ki smo jih prikazali tudi grafično. Pomagali smo si s statističnim programom SPSS in z Microsoft Office Excel-om. Pri raziskavi smo ugotovili, kateri dejavniki zaposlenim povzročajo največ nezadovoljstva in kakšno je njihovo splošno počutje pri delu.V zadnjem delu magistrskega dela smo povzeli naše ugotovitve, pridobljene z analizo rezultatov anketnega vprašalnika ter podali nekaj predlogov in ukrepov, ki bi lahko podjetju pomagali do večjega zadovoljstva zaposlenih pri delu v proizvodnji.

Title:EMPLOYEE SATISFACTION AT WORK IN THE COMPANY JOHNSON CONTROLS SLOVENJ GRADEC D.O.O., DEPARTMENT OF MANUFACTURE
Abstract:Only satisfied employees can be efficient and successful at their job and at their work place. The competition and constant changes require from the enterprises to find inventive employees who will do their work according to their best abilities. In order to achieve that gold, the employees of the company have to feel good and be satisfied at their work place. A lot of different factors have an impact on work satisfaction. We could say that the organization atmosphere is the most important factor regarding the satisfaction of the employees. Of course, the process works both ways. That is way we can also say that the satisfaction has an impact on the view of the employees on the organization atmosphere within the organization. Every organization also has their organization culture, knowledge, convictions and valuableness. In this Master's degree paper we devoted our attention to the satisfaction at work of the employees within the company Johnson Controls Slovenj Gradec d.o.o., at the department of production. The Master's degree paper is divided into two parts; the theoretical part and theempirical part. In the theoretical part we focused on the organization culture, atmosphere and on the satisfaction of the employees. First of all, we described the organization culture, its components, its preservation and modification. We described some definitions regarding the organization atmosphere and important dimensions, afterwards we defined howto measure the organization atmosphere. At the end we compared the resemblances and differences between the culture and the atmosphere. In the next chapter we focused on the satisfaction of the employees. We described the role and the meaning of satisfaction and listed the satisfaction's factors. We also described how to measure the satisfaction of the employees, what does it mean if the employees are not satisfied and what are the consequences. In the empirical part of the Master's degree paper we generally presented the company Johnson Controls Slovenj Gradec d.o.o. We performed an investigation regarding the satisfaction at work at the department of production of the mentioned company. On the basis of filled in inquiry questionnaires, we analysed the acquired data, which we also described graphically. We helped our self with two statistical programs; SPSS and Microsoft Office Excel. During our research we established which factors cause dissatisfaction among the employees and how do they normally feel at work. In the last part of the Master's degree paper we summed up our findings, which we obtained by analysing the results of the inquiry questionnaires. We also handed out a few suggestions and measures, which could help the company to increase the satisfaction of their employees at work.
