Abstract:Mednarodno pravo priznava državi pravico, da zaščiti svojega državljana pred mednarodnopravno nezakonitimi dejanji druge države. Preden pa se država odloči za uveljavljanje diplomatske zaščite, pa morajo biti izpolnjeni pogoji, ki jih v ta namen določa mednarodno pravo.

Abstract:International law recognizes the right of the state to protect its nationals against international unlawful acts of another state. Before the state decides to exercise diplomatic protection, some conditions under international law must be fulfilled.
