Title:Analiza in optimizacija zajema CO2 v termoelektrarni na premogov prah

Abstract:Na osnovi okoljske problematike, ki danes predstavlja enega izmed največjih globalnih izzivov, so v magistrskem delu predstavljene tehnologije zajemanja ogljikovega dioksida iz procesa pridobivanja električne energije v termoelektrarni na premogov prah. Glede na različne možne načine prigraditve sistema za zajem CO2 v osnovni krožni proces, se bo ugotavljal vpliv na končni izkoristek celotne termoelektrarne. Največji poudarek je na sistemu zajemanja CO2 po zgorevanju. Predstavljen je realni model zajemanja CO2, vračanje pare v kotel na ponovno pregrevanje, turbinski odvzemi pare za regenerativno gretje napajalne vode in vpliv tega na termični izkoristek termoelektrarne. Vse skupaj je računsko predstavljeno na osnovi realnih podatkov ene izmed termoelektrarn. Glede na definirano energetsko učinkovitost sistema za zajemanje in njegove izboljšave ter vpliv na termični izkoristek termoelektrarne je podana tudi ocena ekonomske upravičenosti integracije tovrstnih sistemov.

Title:Analysis and optimization of CO2 capture in the coal-fired power plant
Abstract:On the basis of environmental issues, which nowadays present one of the mayor global challenges, the technologies of the carbon dioxide captures from the process of generating the electricity in the coal-fired power plant, are presented in the master´s degree thesis. According to the various possibilities of installation of the system for CO2 capture in basic circular process, the influence on the final efficiency of the whole coal-fired power plant will be determined. The greatest emphasis is on the system of the CO2 capture after burning out. The realistic model of the CO2 capture, returning the steam to the boiler to overheat again, the turbine disposal of steam regenerative heating of feed water and the influence of those on the thermal efficiency of a coal-fired power plant, are presented. On the basis of realistic data of one of the coal-fired power plants, all the findings are also presented in numbers. According to the defined energy efficiency of the capture system, its improvement and impact on the thermal efficiency of the coal-fired power plant, the evaluation of the economic viability of integration of such systems, is given.
