|Opis:||Theoretical starting point: Stress is hitting everybody, however, it is important and elementary part of our life. It occurs as an inevitable consequence of our attitudes with constantly changing background which must adapt to him. Conditions and nature of nurses is changing more quickly today, therefore, incidence of stress between employees within nursing care is increasingly larger. Intention of the research is to realise factors and is shaking consequences, as also experiencing of stress of employees on position on department for psychiatry.
Research methodology: Research was based on quantitative methodology of part. We gathered data with descriptive manner of work, with use of questionnaire. Research sample was scooping 80 nurses up and of health technicians. We used computer program of SPSS and Microsoft Office Excel for statistical treatment and display of data.
Results: The research showed that stress is strong factor, that is present at employees. The daily contact with mentally ill patients and already alone nature of part, affects employees stressfully, but work is demanding and straining, that are carrying out him responsibly. Works belong among stressful factors at employees too much, rescuing of conflicts, too many demands, too little time, time pressures and time periods. Symptoms of a disease, that are consequence of stress present at employees, are lack of energy, tiredness, irritability, headache and a sleeplessness.
Conclusion: Supervision can be good solution in frame of this problems. However cooperation is achieving too a little with field still, therefore, we can achieve this with use of suitable tools, that would help with containment and disabling of stress. Possible proposal for the reduction of overload and to creation shakes is to offer larger support of surroundings nurses and health technicians.|
