Abstract:Magistrsko delo z naslovom »Zadovoljstvo z rednimi letnimi razgovori v podjetju Snežnik, d. d.,« je sestavljeno iz teoretičnega in empiričen dela. V teoretičnem delu magistrskega dela opredelimo osnove namena, koristi, priprave in izvedbe rednih letnih razgovorov, osnove komunikacij, komunikacijske klime in vedenja na rednih letnih razgovorih ter aktivnosti po izvedbi le-teh. V osrednjem delu predstavimo podjetje Snežnik, kadrovsko dejavnost v podjetju in kadrovsko-informacijski sistem. V empiričnem delu predstavimo z anketo zbrana mnenja zaposlenih v podjetju Snežnik glede zavedanja koristnosti rednih letnih razgovorov, zadovoljstva z izvedbo, komunikacijo, temami in udejanjenimi dogovori v praksi. Na podlagi podanih mnenj naredimo analizo z grafičnimi prikazi in testiramo vnaprej postavljene hipoteze. Na podlagi ugotovitev podamo predloge in mnenja za izboljšanje zadovoljstva z rednimi letnimi razgovori v podjetju.

Title:SATISFACTION WITH REGULAR ANNUAL INTERVIEW IN COMPANY SNEŽNIK, D.D.
Abstract:The master's thesis, entitled “Satisfaction with annual interviews in the company Snežnik, d.d.”, consists of a theoretical and an empirical part. The theoretical part outlines the purpose, benefits, preparation and implementation of regular annual interviews. It also touches on communication, communicational climate and behaviour during regular annual interviews, and the subsequent activities. The main part of the thesis presents the company Snežnik, its human resources activity and its human resources information system. As for the empirical part of the master’s thesis, it contains the opinions of the employees of the company Snežnik regarding their awareness of the importance of annual interviews, and their satisfaction with the implementation, communication, topics and realisation of the agreements in practice. The opinions were collected with a survey. They served as a basis for the analysis illustrated with graphical representations and for testing the proposed hypotheses. The findings were used to develop suggestions and opinions for enhancing the satisfaction with annual interviews in the company.
