Title:Določitev meje tečenja lotus poroznega železa z računalniškimi simulacijami

Abstract:Diplomsko delo je del raziskave lotus poroznih gradiv s ciljem določitve meje tečenja lotus poroznega železa za širše območje poroznosti. V delu sta predstavljena razvoj in verifikacija ravninskih numeričnih modelov, s katerimi občutno zmanjšamo čase preračuna problemov. Opisan je postopek pridobitve materialnih lastnosti osnovnega materiala. V sklopu dela je bil izveden niz parametričnih računalniških simulacij s pomočjo programskega paketa Abaqus, s čimer je bila določena meja tečenja lotus poroznega železa. Analizirana so bila napetostna in deformacijska stanja v gradivu. Rezultati računalniških simulacij so primerjani in ovrednoteni z rezultati eksperimentalnih preizkusov.

Title:Determination of lotus porous iron yield limit with computational simulations
Abstract:Diploma thesis is a part of research of lotus porous materials with the aim of determining yield limit of lotus porous iron for a wider range of porosity. The work presents the development and verification of planar numerical models, which significantly reduces the calculating time of problems. Described is the procedure of obtaining the material properties of the base material. As part of the work was carried out a series of parametric computer simulations using Abaqus software package, which was determined yield limit of lotus porous iron. Stress and strain states in the material were analyzed. The results of computer simulations are compared and evaluated with the results of experimental test.
