Abstract:
Namen diplomske naloge je prikazati sanacijo toplotnega ovoja stavbe, da bi stavba postala energetsko učinkovit in ekonomsko vzdržen objekt. Prikazana je sanacija z obstoječimi materiali in tehnologijami. Zaradi večje izkoriščenosti obnovljivih virov in boljše ekonomske vzdržnosti so pri sanaciji vgrajeni tudi sončni kolektorji za pripravo tople vode. Na osnovi izračunov toplotnih izgub po izvedeni sanaciji toplotnega ovija je izbrana tudi nova ogrevalna naprava na lesno biomaso in izdelana energetska izkaznica saniranega objekta ter prikazana ekonomska upravičenost sanacije.

Title:
ENERGY SANITATION OF A TENEMENT HOUSE BUILT IN 1964
Abstract:
The objective of the diploma thesis is to demonstrate the remediation of building thermal envelope, so that the building becomes energetically efficient and economically viable facility. The remediation of existing materials and technologies is presented. Due to an increased use of renewable energy resources and better economic sustainability, the solar panels for hot water have been also installed during the remediation. Based upon the heat-loss calculations made after the completion of the remediation of thermal envelope, a new biomass heating system has been chosen, an energy performance certificate for the remediated facility has been made, and an economical justification of the remediation has been demonstrated.
